A very comfortable shoe. I was worried the strap around the top of the shoe would be too thin or uncomfortable and I did not find this to be the case. I was also a little worried about the little heel this shoe had, and the rise in the heel was just right for me. I find these shoes very comfortable to wear all day. I think they're very pretty too for a comfort shoe.

This shoes did not live up to the Rieker Hype. Maybe I just formed unreasonable expectations because of the glowing reviews I've read, but I really expected more, especially for the price. The shoe is okay, and looks nice if a bit mature, but it hasn't worn well. The sole, after only a few wears, has gotten sticky and unpleasant to the touch. Also, a flaw in the design allows small amounts of sand, if you happen to walk near any, to get into the toe area and become trapped making it necessary to frequently take the shoes off and clean them. Also, they aren't as comfortable as other reviews would have led me to believe. I wish I hadn't bought these.

The sandals fit well. I expected the leather to be sturdier. I wear those sandals with thin cotton socks when I travel and walk a lot in warm climates. Naturalizer has had similar ones in the past but I wanted a little different style. I like the style but I am not sure they will be as resistant as those that have a stronger leather on the top portion. I will tell you after the summer.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Naturalizer sandals with adjustable straps. The velcro closures are handy now that we must go barefoot through airport security.

Great sandal!!
Love this sandal. It is soft and pliable. Plenty of toe room and it allows for any swelling that I usually have by days end. It looks very stylish on. It almost feels like I'm walking barefoot. Only negative is there is not much arch support. I wish this shoe came in black and navy blue.

Aloha -This is my third pair of Rieker shoes and I really like all of them. I have wide feet and they are a wider than usual shoe. This pair also met my expectations. Having read other reviews I bought them a 1/2 size smaller than I usually do and they fit well. So yes, they do run big.
Happy in Hawaii with my NEW Riekers.

Classic and comfortable -
This Fisherman's sandal was a great addition to my comfort shoe wardrobe. It is extremely comfortable and required no time for breaking in. It looks great with trousers or with capris, and is great for work. I am on my feet a lot throughout the day plus I have some arthritis in my toes and joints, but can wear this shoe without feeling the discomfort or pain that I have experienced with shoes not as well made as this. A wonderful, comfortable sandal.

Love this shoe!
I've always loved Mary Janes and T straps, and this shoe is so pretty. I got it in white, so I need to wait for warmer weather to wear it. The fit was perfect with or without socks. I'm thinking of getting it in black as well. Nice!

Like wearing a slipper -
I bought a pair of these last summer. I love them. I wear them almost everyday. They are very soft & comfortable. I haven't had any problems with arch support. They hit me just right under my arch. I highly recommend them. These do run a size bigger than you would normally wear. I own two pairs of their casual shoes, one of them for 10 years. These shoes are good quality shoes & will last you a very long time.

Rieker does it again -
These shoes are buttery-soft and look great. They run very large, though, so buy at least a half size smaller than usual. My only complaint is that they have no arch support, but the footbed is nicely cushioned. First-rate quality.

Very satisfied with shoes received -
These Reikers are sandals. I got black, which is a mat black. The leather is soft and easy to wear. The strap is a reverse velcro strap which is slightly inconvenient. Anyway, I am curious about their durability because the leather is so soft. Otherwise, for this summer, they will be fine.

Very comfortable from the moment I put them on, but the toe-box is very wide and the strap that ties the shoe down is somewhat flimsy compared to other Rieker shoe styles. This shoe wears the best with trouser socks. The description of the shoes states contrast stitching, but it isn't very evident in fact, almost non evident. But I wear them a lot...

Cute lightweight sandal -
When I first tried on this sandal, I thought it was perfect and ordered two more pairs. I should have tried them for awhile first because after wearing them a full day, I realize that my feet need more arch support and padding on the balls of my feet than these sandals offer. So, I will wear them - and enjoy them - when I don't need to do lots of walking, but I will be returning the other two pairs. Thank you for being so generous about accepting returns even when it was my mistake. You make shoe shopping so incredibly easy!!

Comfy from the start -
This is a beautifully made sandal in a VERY hard to find closed-toe style. I have to have this style for work. I wish I had taken to heart the other reviews of this shoe that said they were a full size too big because...they are. I was able to take them to a local shoe-repair and they tightened up the strap. They required no breaking in - the leather is very soft and supple. They are a beautiful color and I like them just fine!

Nice fit, soft light feel. Almost as good as barefoot! A perfect breezy sandal for those who aren't into the open-toed look. Dressy enough for semi-formal occasions, cute with a dress, slacks, or shorts. Not a lot of support, but better (I suspect) than wearing high heels. I love em!

This is a nice looking casual shoe, and I can use my orthotics although they do show a bit in the open arch. The insole isn't designed to be removable, which would be better, but I can use a separate insole with them to cover my half-length orthotic, which is thin, but rigid and cups around my foot somewhat. I haven't worn them all day or on any long walks yet, but so far they've been comfortable.
