Cute but uncomfortable. I agree with the last reviewer...these shoes are really cute but very uncomfortable...I was unable to walk with them as the sole is very stiff...and they make a lot of noise when walking...very disappointed.

Shoe Width: Felt wider than marked

Wooden sole - I was so disappointed in these shoes. They are really cute but the sole doesn’t bend. I think the sole must be made of wood. They also seemed a bit big for the size marked. I bought them ii size 9. Will try to exchange them.

	Dear customer service/Zappos, you continue to amaze me. While I don't order very often, when I do, your service is second to none. This order was a real test. I ordered the bigger size in the Eric Michael shoes (which I was nervous about) as suggested and they fit perfectly. I had them delivered to our summer house in Maine, which has never had a UPS delivery before. They arrived in two days and they are beautiful. Now when I return home to New Hampshire and immediately have to go to a wedding, I will have the shoes I need. I have never dealt with an online company that has the service that you provide. This and the free shipping is why I return to you. Zappos has figured it out! Maybe you folks could teach the others how to do it right. Thanks for everything.
