These particular sandals I found a little difficult to walk in. I am used to shoes that have a little give on the sole and this one doesn't. They were comfortable at first as well, but as my evening wore on my feet got really tired and sore.

Very comfortable -
Love this shoe!! Bought to wear in spring/summer with jeans and tank tops when I don't feel like wearing flip flops. It has some heel (I need it because Im short) but not so much that it makes it too dressy of a shoe. Ive walked in it for miles but have not had any problems with it. Only drawback is that I wish the top part wouldn't go up the foot that high so it would look cuter with skirts and not so clunky. Overall very satisfied.

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
