These shoes are comfortable, however after only wearing them 2x, (consisting of a 6 hour day at work indoors at an office, and then a 2 hour commute in my own car)- I have lost 3 rhinestones. I wasn\'t doing anything strenous or out of the ordinary. on the contrary, I jsut had surgery on the heel of my foot and needed a comfortable shoe what would leave my heel out in the air to breathe. I am very sad that my new shoes have lost their rhinestones, never to be found or re-glued. It also should be noted that they are a teensie bit gaudier in the photo.

I'm had to exchange them for a 1/2 size larger. They definitely run small. Very cute shoe.

 | | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally. I am a person of true faith and I always try to smile and get through the days. It really helps. Thank you again, God Bless, Louise M. | | ~ Louise M., August 31 2009
