I ordered two sets of house slippers from Zappos. One was the Old Friend Bootie and the other was a Cole Haan slipper.Truthfully, I couldn't be happier with my purchases. The products were perfect and just what I was looking for. The fleece lined bootie for cold weather and the slipper for warmer times. Ordering was very easy, and they arrived practically overnight it seems. On top of all that was the service. It was the best customer service I have personally seen on the web and off. The only service that comes close were expensive boutique operations, not a big web company. They make service calls not only easy, but a pleasure. Now that isn't easy to do. If they ever get out of this business they could go into the business of teaching service, or consulting or designing services for other businesses. Really, they are that good. Thanks.

These slippers are seriously amazing. I live an apartment with concrete floors, so I put these slippers on every day as soon as I get home and wear them all night. They are so comfortable. It's like wearing the softest Ugg except for a fraction of the price. I prefer to flip the outer sheep part up so they cover my ankles, even more comfy. Definitely recommend!

Old Friend's Soft Sole Bootee -
Bought this for father-in-law as he kept stumbling in the house. We felt the stumbling was due to the rubber soled shoes he was wearing, catching on rugs and such. Haven't heard about any more stumbling so these must be working. He loved the way they felt when he put them on.

Not bad for a first try...
I am VERY reluctant to buy any shoe or slipper that you have to buy sight unseen over the internet. What if they don't fit? Well these ARE slightly small for me but not bad. It is SO HARD to buy slippers anywhere in the stores now. Most places don't have any or they sell junk that doesn't fit.

Comfy slippers - Surprisingly, I have trouble finding bedroom slippers that are really comfortable. My feet don't like to be restricted. These slippers are just right for me. They feel nice and roomy and soft and warm. I ordered them a size larger than my regular shoe size and that was just right for me.

A fine slipper -
My feet feel so good in these slippers that I simply don't take them off for most things. I even wear them for short trips outside to get the mail and short trips to the store. A very fine shoe!!

I went down from my apartment to the lobby to get my mail, wearing my new Old Friend Soft Sole Bootees. A teenager with a bicycle rode the return elevator. He asked where I got my footwear. I told him Zappos on the Internet, and spelled it quickly for him as I arrived at my floor. I'd recommend them to anyone. Comfy.

Pure comfort.
I was skeptical about buying any shoe sold in S/M/L sizes, but this slipper is pure, cushiony comfort. The suede even seems to resist stains from water drops and other hazards of full-time indoor wear. The only drawback (and not an important one for me) is that the suede sole doesn't allow for outdoor wear. You will love this slipper.

The Perfect Slipper -
My husband had a stroke and had numerous subsequent problems with his feet and legs including pain and swelling. He also suffers from cold feet. These are the perfect slippers for him. Warm but not hot. He can tighten or loosen them as needed and with the soft sole, he doesn't have the firm structure (of a rubber soled slipped) that causes him pain. They do run a little small and we went up a size for the perfect fit. Great price (comparatively speaking). As always, Zappos gives excellent customer service. Thank you so much. Getting out finding things is difficult at best. Zappos makes my life so much easier.

This winter my feet are warm!
I always have cold feet and for the first time my feet stay warm. It is wonderful. At first they seem a little bulky, I was use to a moccasin type shoe. I love them and think they are the warmest, most comfortable slippers I have ever owned.

Great Service, Great Slippers -
Very cozy and very warm. My foot is on the small side of a size 7. The size SM (women's 7-8) is roomy, especially in the toe area. If you have a larger foot, however, I would go a size up.

Almost perfect -
I love almost everything about these slippers. The only minus is that there is not enough cushion in the soles (this slipper with a 1 inch thick cushion sole would be my idea of perfection!)....but the leather bottoms and the thick warm shearling are great and they are very well made. I am a women’s size 10 and these don't feel in the least bit snug; maybe a little on the loose side, especially once they start "breaking in" more--feel great right now.

These booties are awesome! We got them for Christmas cause we just got hardwood floors and we live in them whenever we are home. They are on the warm side but I love them, for my husband sometimes they can be too warm. We love the soft soles. Would definitely recommend them!

Awesome Soft Sole Slippers -
I was looking for this type of soft sole slipper for my Husband. His size was not available. Nor did I have success finding this style anywhere else. I requested to be notified if size became available. What a wonderful Zappos feature. Zappos later emailed me they had his size and I ordered it right away and it arrived the next day before Xmas. The slipper is fantastic, extremely comfortable and perfect quality.

Very warm and the soft sole is awesome. Order these a size bigger than you need. I ordered 3 pair for different people and they all needed 1 size larger to fit properly.

Warm with good fit -
I did not want bulky slippers. The tie actually makes these adjustable. They are very warm, comfortable and fit well. I wear a 6 1/2 and did need the 7-8 size.

Warmest Slipper I Have Ever Owned!
I have diabetes and poor circulation in my feet. I have not been able to find a slipper that kept my feet warm until this one. It is so comfortable and warm. I love them! I would wear them everywhere if I could, they are so comfortable. My feet have never been this warm! I would encourage anyone to just try them once, you will not regret it. I was concerned because I have very large feet, but these fit great!

The best!
I have owned Old Friends for years now and I wouldn't think of going with anything else. I just bought my 3rd pair (each one has lasted at least two years of wearing probably 250 days a year). I wear them almost every day and love them. My only gripe is that they seem to have gotten a bit smaller. I wear an 11 usually and bought the Large (10-11), which I owned previously but the pair seem a bit small. I've been trying to break them in to see if they fit better but I think they still will be a bit smaller than I'd like. I'll either go up a size or put some shoe skechers in. But don't let that scare you away; I'll still only wear Old Friends!
