Too small -
My daughter wears a size 12.5 in her regular shoes. I ordered 13 and they were too small. Need to order 3 sizes up from street shoe size. I have no complaints about the quality of this shoe.

SO SMALL!
This shoe runs SMALL! I read the review of the customer who said it ran big... So I ordered my daughters size and a size smaller (just in case). Either the shoes were mis-marked or my daughter’s foot grew 2 sizes in 3 weeks, because she couldn't even fit into the bigger size. Now I have to return both and start all over...bummer.

I was hesitant about purchasing shoes on-line. The shoe sizes ran bigger. The measurement in inches listed made it helpful and was a perfect fit. Since we needed the shoes right away, a half size larger would have given space to grow.

Felt that the price was very reasonable, the sneakers are comfortable, my daugher loves them, they are exceptable for her dance receital.

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
