Very Pleased Customer -
This shoe was purchased for my elderly mother-in-law. She was thrilled to be able to find this shoe as she has had this style before and it is so comfortable; it's a slipper, but doesn't really look like one. I was incredibly pleased with the service from Zappos!!!

Comfy and I Use as Semi-Dressy Shoes -
Since having hip surgery I've been looking for comfortable flats and after trying almost everything Zappos has, I have now bought two pair of Foamtreads Waltz in black velour.
They are super comfortable, love the foam bottom, but supportive too. Although I bought them as slippers they look so nice I wear them with fairly dressy long skirts and pants, they look like the Audrey Hepburn shoe. Also wear them out running errands, they go with everything.
Super comfortable, supportive, the best Foamtreads!

Cute, but not comfy -
These are cute, but they will be going back. They feel narrower than marked and the elastic on the top of the slipper is very uncomfortable.

I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy. The exchange arrived the NEXT DAY at no extra charge! That is the best service I've ever received from an internet company!
