Couldn't Be Happier -
This item ran larger than expected. Was that a problem? No, because when I called to request a smaller size, customer service honored my request without charging my credit card for another item. The hoodie is of excellent quality and my son is delighted with it.

I borrowed my brother's and had to have it. It's super warm and not as bulky as a jacket. I love it.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you.
