Just what I was looking for -
Just the pair of boots I was looking for. A reasonably priced, comfortable pair of low "urban cowboy" boots. Needed a little breaking in like almost all boots do, but now they're just right. I spent all of New Years Eve in them with no discomfort at all, and a few compliments!
Incredible service! Ordered them at 11:30pm EST, and they arrived BEFORE NOON the next day.

Great boots -
Really nice leather and looks great with dress tux or casual Shinned up looks even better, but I should have ordered a wider size as it was a little narrower then I thought it would be.

Nice boot for the money.
My left foot is 12 1/2. My right foot is 12. I bought size 13s and they were a bit sloppy even after wearing them a week. A pair of inserts solved the problem and added comfort. I hadn't worn boots for a long time (maybe 25 years) so it took some getting used to again. My kids think they are creepy, so much the better. I wish the tops were an inch higher though so they wouldn't ride up on my jeans when I sit. I already ordered some longer jeans though. I guess I knew that, but forgot. Anyway, it's worth the expense. I like these that much.

GREAT boots -
I wear a WIDE (double wide as my wife says) and thought I could never find cowboy looking boots to fit! These did it! Perfect! I got EE and they are EE! With the zipper, it is an easy "on."

Gold star service for Zappos -
The Zappos service is outstanding. Even though I ordered a second pair in the wrong size I had to exchange the next shipping day. It is a lot easier for me than going to the mall and having to order my size, go back to pick them up, paying for parking twice and getting through the mall.

Quality -
I found the fit to be very good but a bit stiff but like a lot of shoes/boots they take some breaking in. I find the quality of the leather to be somewhat poor as I find it very difficult to put on a decent shine. I was in the military in the past and for me a "Spitshine" is always foremost for me even in civilian life. I'm finding this hard to accomplish with these boots but perhaps in time I'll get it done. I'm always afraid to buy shoes through the mail as I hate to send things back and with shoes and boots I worry about the fit as sometimes I take a 9wide and others 9.5 wide and my feet swell on long trips and if not wide enough my feet hurt. These boots fit fine although I did put a thin Dr Scholl’s thin pad in to soften insole up some. All the same I still like them. Rich B, Hamden CT

Terrific Travel Boots...
These are great for travelers who fly too much and still like the feel of cowboy boots. I've defaulted to these for getting thru airport security ... my custom boots are too hard to take off!

Clicking noise annoying -
The boots are not high dollar, therefore I didn't expect more than the ratings I gave them in these areas.
The one aggravating thing about them is that they have a "clicking" sound coming from in front of and underneath the heel of the boot. Hopefully that goes away as they break in.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I prefer Ariat boots

Excellent value -
I bought these boots for my son for Christmas. He is very happy with them; they look great- as good as much more expensive boots he's tried on. Very comfortable, but a little roomier than a size 9 and 1/2 usually feels.

Durango Boots -
Well built. A little narrow at first,but with a couple of days of wear (or a shoe tree) they fit like a glove.
