I had a really great experience with Zappos. We were not able to find steel toed black oxfords at any of our local stores and there were several to choose from on Zappos. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and was able to call and change my order with no problem at all. Our shipping got upgraded at no extra cost and the shoes arrived early. It was the perfect experience, and that's not something I can say often when shopping online. The shoes were actually comfortable for a steel toe. My husband said he could feel it somewhat, but he was able to work in them 8 hours the first day and didn't have any pain. They are very good looking, a little taller in the sole than expected, but no big deal.

These are great steel toed shoes that I've never had a problem with! Very comfortable. As said before, they do scuff easily, but it's easily covered up. YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO FEEL THE STEEL TOE. If you can feel it, then you need a different size. Mine fit me perfectly and I don't even notice that the steel is in there.

I wouldn't recommend it!
I love them at first but the first week that I wore them the first layer of the shoe fabric peeled off and the shine look was out! The steel guard you can feel it as you walk so at the end of the day you feet get rash... at least mine do... and no I don't have athletes foot.

A good shoe once you break it in. Only problem is it scuffs real easy.

I have to say that I have never received a package so fast in my life time. When you promised overnight delivery, the item arrived the very next day and I'm still wondering how it got there so fast since I placed the order in the evening. But I was very happy, thank you.
The shoes fit wonderfully and the quality was excellent.

Great work boot!
I've never been disappointed owning Dickies boots, and these are no exception. Great style, good protection, excellent comfort. These are my shoe of choice.

These are hard shoes to break in. The right one is still hurting the top of my foot after a week of wearing it. They aren't promoted as comfortable shoes and I wasn't expecting them to feel like slippers, but they're extra stiff I think.

They're GRRREEAAT!! Except for 1 tiny thing...
I cannot wear this shoe because of the cut of the shoe on the sides rubs my ankle. That is my only complaint. If the sides had better padding on the top edge of the shoe where it goes around the ankle, it would be the most comfortable EH shoe I have had to wear. If Dickies makes a shoe with the padding going farther it would be great. Where the padding ends and the eyelet is where it rubs my ankle and I can't wear shoes like that. Any suggestions on how to make these work would be appreciated. Otherwise they are like walking on a cloud!!!!

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
