Awesome glasses - The good: These may be the most comfortable glasses I own. They fit close to the face, have springy sides and don't give that pinch behind the ears that causes a headache. The bad: They look like kids glasses, they are very small and would look good on a small face. I also think they look funny missing the top frame on the lenses.

	I wish that other mail order companies where as organized and user friendly as your organization! I love the follow-up on my returned items. I can safely file away your e-mails and my mind is clear. Everything was taken care of just the way you advertise you would do! I love Zappos!
