Great Experience!
Since we live in a rural area, and are very limited in what we can find locally, I decided to shop for my 5 year old son's school shoes online. I had heard that Zappos had a great selection and shipping was free. My son wanted red and black check shoes, which we could not find anywhere here. He picked out a pair of Vans. I received confirmation of the order that day, and a note telling me our shipping had been upgraded. We received his shoes the very next day and they were exactly what he wanted, he was thrilled. All I can say is that we will shop Zappos for our shoes from now on. That is the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I will recommend Zappos to all my friends. Keep up the great work Zappos!

My son is very picky about how his shoes feel. He has worn Vans for years. He said the opening was stiff and a little annoying at first but then they softened up.

MY grandson loves Van sneakers -
I purchased my grandson his second pair of Van sneakers because they are very durable, look great and obviously are comfortable or he would not have requested a second pair. Zappos has the truly hard to find items (last year I found the Stan Smith sneaker for him at six years old) and the shopping is easy and prompt.

My little boy has been wearing this brand of shoe in the checkerboard style since he was a year old (to match his Papa's shoes). They're great looking and durable enough to be handed down to his little sister.

Great sneakers -
My son loves Vans, and this is his 3rd or 4th pair. Very cool look and comfortable fit. The sizes run funny. He always takes at least a 1/2 size smaller in Vans than he does normally.

Top notch shoe -
I was worried about buying shoes for my 3 year old online, as he is very picky about the fit and style of his shoes. I had nothing to worry about; however, because these shoes are so well made, there isn't a single rubbing point or uncomfortable thing about these shoes. I bought similar converse ones for my husband at a local store, and they were not padded nearly as well as these Vans. The vans have wonderful padding around the opening of the shoe, which really made them more comfortable, especially for little ones. My son loves them because they have a skateboard on the back rubber tag. They do run big, I ordered a 10.5 because it was the smallest size available, and my son wears a 10. I didn't think he would be able to wear them because they are HUGE, but because they are so well constructed, you can wear them big without a problem. I think he will be wearing these shoes for a very long time, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Never mind the quality and comfort, they look flipping adorable! I advise sporting them with knee socks and shorts.
I ordered them on a Sunday night and received them on Tuesday morning. What more can you ask for???

Easiest kid's shoe! My kid is lazy and this shoe is awesome for getting him to put his own shoes on! He normally wears a 12, but had to go to an 11.5 in Vans, as they run about a half size larger. Awesome look, awesome fit, awesome do-it-yourself shoe for my 5-year-old!

My little guy loves these shoes. They're just like his big brothers. He can also get them on and off all by himself which is very important when you're three!

Little Rock Star shoes -
My little boy looks so cool in his "big Boy" shoes! The black and red checks are awesome. I love the slip on style for kids who have not yet learned to tie their own shoes! We might need to get another pair in a different design -- so many to choose from.

Cutest skate shoe ever!
My son loves these shoes, these are his second pair and I'm sure we'll be ordering them in another color soon. Although he wears a size 1 in most other boys' shoes, he seems to need to go down 1/2 a size in these, so the 13.5 is good. The only down side is that they start falling apart quicker than his other shoes do, however, I must say that this might be due to his wearing them whenever he can!

These run a full size big so order one size smaller than your regular size. Once you get the right size, they are very comfortable and a GREAT little sneaker.

Right on the money!!
My son likes his shoes....the fit is right on the money. I’s the style he wanted...at the price I needed....and for no extra cost on shipping just perfect...I love ZAPPOS because I have 4 children and to have to go to the mall and get them shoes is something I don't look forward to....Now with Zappos I don't have to leave my house...pile them in the car...get to the mall. fight for parking...and then have them running around in the store...I just search for the shoes they want check the price and size availability and click a button to order them....I even have them the next day if I order before noon....How great is that....

Vans for my grandson -
This was a Christmas request from my grandson and he absolutely loved them and they are a great fit. Those and the skateboard is a true match.

There is a huge difference in the size 12 and the size 1. The size 1 is more than one size larger than the 12.

My kids love the classic vans slip ons. I wore them as a kid and my kids are now in tune with these classics. They run a bit large so order a 1/2 size smaller than what you normally wear. If you wear a size 11 order a 10.5. They hold up great and are cheap enough to order more frequently. Great shoes and Zappos is the best in customer satisfaction and delivery!

I love the vans look but just f.y.i. I notice them to fit a little big! But they are great for a quick slip on when you're running late for the bus!

We could not find these black Bans in the store and we came home, with an unhappy child. He was more that happy when the black Vans came to the door the very next day, after I secretly had ordered them from Zappos.com!!!

I did find the same shoe through the NB website and after shipping and tax the cost was $4 cheaper but I was moved by the response and because I am sensitive to quality customer service I thought a relationship with you would be positive.
