New Spy Magneto Rocks!
The new Spy Magneto provides the best peripheral vision of any goggle I've used. The thinner lighter "big view" frame comes in many color selections, including the Jeremy McGrath polka dot pro model seen here. Overall, the Magneto is a bigger frame so smaller helmets may have a fit issue. I would suggest the Alloy or Targa, or the new Targa Mini for kids and ladies.
All Magnetos are available in an innovative "Selectron" interchangeable foam system, or, a standard fixed foam for less money. Both versions have an excellent sweat absorbing fleece/foam combination - I ride in the desert southwest where temps are often in the 90's or higher and I rarely have sweat dripping in my eyes. Spy MX lenses are known for being very durable and protect the only eyes you have against impact from rocks and mud, and also feature anti-fog protection, which is great on cold mornings. Replacement lenses come in clear or smoke and even light blue.
The "scoop" technology only found in Spy goggles provides increased ventilation, and look super cool too. Tear-offs are available, as well as, a roll-off system for you trail riders that don't want to litter the trails in open wilderness. I am a Spy customer for 9 years and have always enjoyed the innovative frame designs and colors from Spy. All the other companies try to copy their look. Be cool, buy the original.
