Great shoe. Totally comfortable from first wearing. Runs a tiny bit large; easy to adjust by wearing light socks and tightening up the sturdy velcro strap, even with a narrow heel like I possess. Just-right clunky. Slight heel lift improves the look and feel. Very easy walking uphill or downhill, or flat surface, for long periods (e.g., museums, shopping, those interminably long workdays). I like 'em -- recommended!

I love the Drew Bloom II Mary Janes! In fact I have them in black and bone. I had to exchange the first pair for a 1/2 size smaller than my usual size, but there was no hassle with Zappos at all. I\'m very limited in what shoes I can wear with arthritis and diabetic orthotics, and these have been perfect with dresses and skirts. I\'ve even gotten compliments on them and recommended them (and Zappos) to a friend with problem feet. I have 2 other Drew styles, and they\'re also very comfortable. The added depth is just what I need!

Wow, what great service!! I ordered 2 pair of Bloom II shoes in different colors about a month ago. One shoe turned out to have a problem. When I called Zappos, I got a replacement pair the next day!! And more than that, I got a refund for part of my order because the price had gone down since I placed my original order! I was worried about not getting personal service ordering over the net, but this was even better than the store because I didn\'t even have to leave my chair!\r\n\r\nBloom II shoes are what I wear, every day, all day. I teach elementary art and am on my feet all day(there isn\'t any carpet in the art room)! The nice part is, these shoes are like tennis shoes in comfort, but you can get away with wearing them with a skirt. No heals for this gal, but I am too wide in the beam to be a "blue jean baby" anymore! Thank you Zappos!

I have been searching for comfortable shoes to wear to trade shows where I walk all day and also for a lengthy European trip. These shoes were instantly comfortable. Even though they look clunky in the picture, they are much cuter on the foot. They look good with longer skirts as well as pants. I usually wear a 9W, but had to go down to 8.5W in Drews (I bought another style, also). Thanks to Zappos great shipping and return policies, I was able to order and return until I found exactly what I needed.

I have been wearing these shoes now for several months and I can report that they have turned out to be one of the best pairs of shoes I've ever owned. My 8 1/2 4E foot is so hard to fit, and with heel spurs and Achilles tendonosis, I am used to foot pain, not with these shoes. I've worn them pretty much every work day since ordering and they feel great and look great. Very dependable, sturdy, well made shoe.

Not Quite - Very good craftsmanship and a good color, but for my feet the toes would have to be wider and the heel narrower. The toe width might have worked, but the heel was much too wide for the shoe to stay on.

I bought this shoe for my mother who suffered a stroke and needs to wear a leg brace that fits into the shoe. These shoes are deep enough that it works great and still looks good. The velcro closing also is adjustable so that when her feet swell she can loosen the strap. I also own a pair which I bought because my orthotic fits well in the shoe. The always feel wonderful. My only complaint is that they look a bit orthopedic with dresses. They are great with slacks. The shoe is very adaptable depth wise.

Just received these. Have been looking for a neutral pair of comfy pumps for about a year. Took a chance; I haven't tried these before but the rounded toe-bed looked intriguing. I wear a lot of black, green and charcoal. These are going to go with them all; they warm the outfit. Super-comfy right of the bat. Yeah, they're pricey; if you only buy one pair it's cheaper than looking continually for ones that are cute, well-designed and comfortable. I will buy more in the future. Thanks Zappos!

GREAT!!!
Finally a shoe that fits my handicapped daughter. They are nice and wide for her and very comfortable when walking. These are great shoes if you have a hard time walking or standing. They run a little big because the toe area is rounded. It is so hard for me to find a nice shoe in size 5.5 WWW. But here they are!!

At last an attractive shoe with closed toes that I can wear -
I can't remember the last time I wore an attractive closed toe shoe. My feet needed a high box toe area and one that is rounded in the front rather than pointy. I will not squish my feet into shoes that don't fit. I have worn laced walking shoes year round for at least 15 years. In the summer I can wear opened toe sandals and have worn open toe heels, but haven't found any that fit or don't have 4" heels in years. These shoes are a dream come true. They fit my orthotics, are very comfortable with room to spare in the toe area, and with the velcro strap, I can adjust them. My heels are narrower than the shoes, but I expected it as the shoes are 10 WW. Tightening the strap helps with that. They are true to size. I am thrilled with them as even though I am 65, I don't have to wear my laced shoes when I go out and get dressed up. I will have to look at the other Drew shoes.

This shoe saved my life!
Being pregnant with triplets has caused my feet to swell unbelievably. I needed a shoe that not only was an EEE width, but also gave me extra depth to compensate for the balloon like swelling, and these shoes were perfect. I will tell everyone I know who has foot issues about these shoes. I might even buy a pair postpartum.

So far so good -
I have really bad bunions and this shoe is working so far. I have worn them all day teaching and no problems with my bunions. The only complaint so far is that where the strap hits my inside foot it rubs but I have not had a blister so far. This may happen because I have to get the wide width for my deformed feet. I love the looks of these shoes with skirts and pants. I am happy.

Great Look Shabby Hook -
Bought these months ago and barely got any wear (lived in Florida where I mostly wore sandals). Finally got to give them a workout. Wonderfully comfortable, great workmanship on the overall shoe. Excellent support (I've had foot surgery). BUT after only about a dozen wearings, the hook that holds the strap snapped. It's plastic. And no amount of plastic glue (or anything else I can think of) has worked on mending it. Really shabby for the money spent.

Great Dress Shoes -
I have foot problems and have not been able to wear dress shoes in years. These shoes are very comfortable. I am excited about being able to wear dress shoes again!

First off I want to comment on the service. It is tremendous!!! I ordered my shoes one day and they arrived the next! I didn't even have to pay the shipping! The shoes are very attractive. I like the velcro strap, which makes it easily adjustable. They were a little heavier than I anticipated but they are constructed very well. It is nice to be able to find shoes in my size and then to be able to put them on and wear them immediately without stretching them or having them hurt my feet. I will definitely order from Zappos again.

These were a size too small. I wear a 9 and there's no way I could wear these. Way too short. The black bottom section is a funky kind of material. Not a good kind of funky! Looks like smooth, dull rubber trying to look like leather. The inside soles seem very comfortable though. Kind of hard to tell since they ran so small.

The shoes that soothes aching heels! The Drew Bloom II shoes provided me the relief from the pains of plantar fasciitis. I would give these shoes a rating of five stars for comfort and 4 stars for the look, which is much better than other orthotic shoes on the market. Zappos likewise delivered my shoes on time as always. I love Zappos!

What a Great Shoe -
I don't have diabetes but I do have a problem with no padding on the balls of my feet and have to wear specially made orthotics. Because of a severe accident to my leg and knee, I cannot wear any size heel; my shoes have to be perfectly flat.
There are not many shoes that match my taste in style, can comfortably handle my orthotics and feel great - This shoe does. I highly recommend it for comfort and looks; I have it in several colors in both nubuck and leather.

I have worn these shoes for a year now just about every day and I adore them. I have tried Easy Spirit, Naturalizer, etc etc and none of them feel comfortable to me after a few minutes. These shoes I can wear all day and anywhere- work, shopping, travel. I volunteer with dogs so I walk a lot, and these have help up perfectly after a year of abuse. They are real scuffed up now from so much love, but once I polish them they are brand new again. I plan to order these in another color and maybe some other Drew shoes. I also suggest Merrell for very comfortable sandals (my fav are Agave).

I am very pleased with my Drew II shoes. They are very comfortable and provide the support I was looking for. I love the multiple liners because I have one foot that is swollen all the time and I was able to take one liner out without changing the appearance of the shoe. It does fit as well as the other shoe.

This shoe was bought for my mother, she's very difficult to fit. She said it was the most comfortable shoe she ever had. Just one complaint, the heel was slightly too wide, but she fixed that problem and is completely satisfied.

The shoes allow ample room for my orthotics and I can take out an additional insole for the foot that had surgery and needs more toe space. The shoes are very attractive and just what I needed.

A great casual shoe -
This is my second pair of Bloom IIs. I've been wearing the first pair for years and it's a wonderful shoe. High wide toe box, virtually indestructible sole/heel and I get compliments on them all the time.

It's not the usual type of shoe I would order. However, I recently had foot surgery and thought these shoes would give me the width and comfort I needed when I return to work. I'm a flight attendant and the first day back to work I wore these. Unfortunately, they were extremely uncomfortable by the end of my 15 hour day. I can't wear them. Too heavy of a shoe for one, and the inner sole was not that comfortable. Many flight attendants wear this shoe, but for my feet, it just doesn't work. Luckily I can pass these on to another flight attendant who wears these and loves them. So I'm not stuck with a hundred $ pair of shoes I can't wear.
