These boots arrived the very next day after I ordered them! I bought one for each of my little boys for the snow. They are not too heavy, but seem very durable. They were reported by a 2 and 5 year old to be very comfortable, and the color blue is great for both boys and girls. They are excited to try them in the snow!

Sometimes, you have to wear Heels! There are just some occasions where Heels are the ONLY appropriate shoe; but for some of us, finding a pair that Looks Cute, Feels Comfortable, and FITS isn't easy! I wear 11 D, and with my 'Ogre Feet', I usually have to give up on Fit, if I want Style, or give up Style for good fit - These Marilla's finally fit all 3, plus in a few cute colours! I can honest wear these all day, including hiking to half the stores in 3 malls, look GOOD doing it, feel great all day, INCLUDING after I take them off! =] Thank You, Clarks & Zappos!

Great Boots -
First we ordered some boots from Lands End for my 17 month old twin boys. The boots were so stiff they wouldn't walk in them, just stood around and eventually hollered for me to take them off. So I found these on Zappos and they are infinitely superior. Nice and soft, very easy to get on and no trouble at all to walk in. My only complaint is that they do tend to slip off very easily too. But if they still make them next year I would buy again.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
