At first, I was skeptical when I read the other reviews. But I must say these shoes are the best I\'ve ever bought. After 30+ years, my feet no longer hurt! I will definitely continue buying these shoes.

Great shoe! I walk every day and these shoes are by far the best I've ever owned. They are a little expensive, buy hey; you have to take care of your wheels! Would highly recommend.

My new postal shoes are quite comfortable with considerable support. With arthritic knees, shoes that offer good support seem to make it somewhat easier to walk, especially in shopping. I do wish the shoe was available in brown which would make them a little less clunky looking, but comfort is the primary concern after all.

Perfect shoe for a business casual work day when "sneakers" are not allowed (looks good with dockers). Shoe is comfortable, fits well all around!

The Non-Slip Walker by New Balance is exactly that non-slip. Works well in rain shedding water as well. It's a little warm for summer but excellent in winter and early spring.

I will keep it short and sweet. I am a UPS driver. These shoes take a beating every day. They wear like iron. I recommend this brand all the time.

NB Non Slip Walker -
I am big guy and this shoe does not have the comfort or the stability to support my feet all day. For a casual shoe it is fine, but not for all day staying on your feet.

I walk 7 miles a day in a hospital, in and out of kitchens and OR's. Non-Slip works great, shoe wears excellent. Great value for a comfortable, safe shoe.

Happy large feet -
It was great to get these shoes so quickly (in less than 24 hours!). 14EE usually takes much more time to find an acceptable and comfortable shoe in this size. Pricing and free shipping was great too.

Just OK -
This was my first Zappos order, I am very happy with Zappos and their very well put together website. As for the shoes, I went to a specialty store that sells high end medical and work shoes, I found what I thought was the same New Balance shoe that I purchased from Zappos. The shoe in the store was much more comfortable than the Zappos, same style size and model number. Perhaps just a fluke, but I wore the shoes and they are not returnable. This is my second pair of this shoe "marketed as recommended by U.S. Mail carriers" this shoe is not the same as my previous shoes.

Not a good work shoe!
Purchased this shoe to wear to work where I am required to be on my feet all day. I am disappointed in the comfort level the shoes provide for the amount of money I paid for the product. I previously purchased another brand of shoe that provides the comfort I expected, was less expensive, but it doesn't seem to be available in my size.

Very satisfied with the shoe -
I was having some difficulty with my foot after running a half marathon. This shoe has really helped me out greatly. It is very comfortable and it appears that it will be very durable. I am very pleased with this shoe.

The NB Postal's lacks padding and cushion. My feet hurt after two hours walking on pavement with these shoes. The roll bar works real great. The strike pad works great.

Absolutely no complaints -
I've got really wide feet, and these shoes fit well enough that I can't think of much to complain about. Those are pretty high words of praise from me. These are solid, sturdy shoes, and yet they aren't heavy. Perfect for walking.
I ordered the 4W model, and they feel more or less true to size, which is to say only a teeny tiny bit on the snug side after a long day on my feet. Mind you, I've NEVER had a pair of shoes that were too wide: I think my feet expand to over-fill any available shoe space. Maybe next time I'll try the 6W model.
I love Zappos!

I didn't care for these shoes at all. Absolutely no padding or cushioning on the sole... felt very hard on my feet. But the main reason I had to send them back was the toe area... very, very "roomy." Way to much space for my toes to move around. Job related, I walk between 8 and 12 miles each day. These just wouldn't work. Of course, no reflection on Zappos - they are the best.

Support without the stiff feel.
When I first put them on, they felt like slippers. I was thinking of sending them back because I’m a big guy and need the support of a shoe like the New Balance 811. I left them on around the house and to my surprise, my feet never got tired or sore. They still felt like slippers to me but my feet felt great.

I am a repeat customer when it comes to this particular shoe. I use it as a work shoe. I'm on my feet a lot during the day. I chose this particular shoe because it accommodates my orthotics. I'm pretty sure I'll get another pair when I walk the sole out of these.

These shoes are the most comfortable that I have found for my narrow, hard to fit feet. I nearly returned the first pair I got when I found that only the front part of the shoe was leather – the rest is synthetic. But, it makes sense. The rear of the shoe holds its shape and the front part breathes.

Well Made Shoe, No Padding -
If you want soft and springy, look for another shoe. This shoe is made for walking with tons of lateral support and a correct strike with the sole. It is not cushioned in any way and feels hard to the foot. I like the shoe and would buy another pair. It is more different than any other walkers I have had.

New Balance Postal wins the day!
I like the wide toe box; felt comfortable right out of the box. The shoe slips on easily, but laces up firmly without being too tight. The sole has traction pattern, but I've not tried them on ice/snow. I tried on 17 pairs of shoes from Zappos and found these and New Balance 901 to fit me the best- a true EE width.
