The sandals are very cute and they fit perfect and go with anything; I have them in white. It is also easy to clean them.

Absolutely LOVE these shoes; just ordered another pair in white for my 18 month old grandbaby! These are the classic summer sandals-- comfy from the first day of wear; no "breaking in" time or blisters on those little toes or heels. Great quality at a great price! The customer service at Zappos is icing on the cake; from start to finish they keep you "in the loop" on the order status and the shipping time is AMAZING! This last pair I ordered on a Sunday--Memorial Day weekend, and the shoes were on my front porch Tuesday morning!!

Ahhh-dorable sandals!!! These are the perfect red leather sandals for the summer, color & leather is beautiful and they seem comfortable for my 1 1/2 year old. No unusual pressure marks on her feet after wearing them for a while. The only bad thing is they are a bit slippery; wish the bottom sole had a bit more texture, not so smooth.

Tried and True -
My daughter turned two years old recently and this is already our 4th pair of Hoy Salt Water sandals. We like the supple, yet supportive leather that doesn't blister tender feet, even in humid conditions. The straps are well-positioned so no little toes poke through and get caught on the outside of the shoe. The soles aren't slippery on wet surfaces, either. I wore these sandals as a child and we will continue to buy them. We especially like them in red - not too orange, not too blue. It makes for a surprisingly great summer neutral.

PERFECT SANDAL!!
I have absolutely fallen in love with this sandal! My daughter just had her 2nd birthday, and I have always purchased the Stride Rite Daffodil sandal for her...no more! I still think the Stride Rite is an awesome sandal, but the Salt Water Sandal fits my daughter's foot perfectly. These are high quality shoes, a classic design, and at a great price. I can't believe the price is so reasonable considering the quality of this shoe. Another great feature is that it is a classic buckle sandal, no Velcro, so it can't be taken off easily by young toddlers. The sole is a little stiff out of the box, so I just bent/folded them at the ball of the shoe (like you would a Birkenstock), and they were ready for wear. Also, if your child's feet tend to get blisters easily, the manufacturer recommends that you wet them, put them on your child, and as they dry, they will form perfectly to the shape of their feet. Therefore, creating a custom fit. You may not have to do this, as the leather on these seems soft enough not to cause blisters, yet firm enough to keep its shape. The icing on the cake? They come in several colors! Love it!

We are very happy with the shoe - they are lovely, well made, and the price is great. They are a tad tight on my 2 year old; even though the size is correct, but she has kind of difficult feet so I'm not sure it is the fault of the shoe...

Great summer sandals! I ordered these for both my 2-year-old and my 4-year-old, and they both love them. They seem to be super comfortable. My older daughter wants to wear them everyday, even if they don't match her outfit. The buckle is easy enough for her to handle, but hard enough so her younger sister can't take them off (a good thing). Just a great sandal for all summer.

Cute, great shoes!
I got these for my daughter, 2, after having them recommended by my mom because I wore them when I was a child, too! Turns out the quality is still great and the shoes do mold to her feet! She likes the sole, which makes a tapping noise when she walks. Although it seems stiff initially, it does mold a bit and seem to be comfortable for a child who is already walking and running. I would definitely recommend this versatile sandal!

Just had to buy these for my granddaughters!
I have four daughters of my own and could not believe these were still around. They are the same quality now as they were over 20 years ago. I could not believe the service that Zappos provided in getting these out to California sooo fast. As soon as the sandals arrived we tried them on both girls. Hailey(3) and Courtney(2)love these. I purchased White so they can wear with anything.

I love this sandal. I bought this style in a couple colors for my 22 month girl. No blisters and she can't unbuckle the shoe... which makes my life easier. I love everything about the shoe.

Salt Water Sandals are still GREAT -
I wore these sandals as a kid and have fond memories of being able to tromp through the mud and water and my sandals held up. I've bought these for the past 3 summers for my daughter and they are still just as great. They are her favorites too. They are made to get wet and they're leather. They wear well and don't get worn down through just one season of wear. Well worth your money!

Stiff leather, large size -
I recently ordered this sandal for my 2 1/2 year old. After only about an hour of wear she had blisters on both ankles and on her right big toe. The leather is stiff and not flexible. This sandal is way to big in the size my child has worn for months. If they were not already used, I would definitely return them.

Best Summer Sandal!
These are the most adorable, versatile, durable sandals around! My 2 year old daughter loves them and the buckle keeps them on securely. I was worried about the white leather, but they clean easily and she can even get them wet without worry! They feel snug with lots of room around the toe at first, but they stretch with wear and form to their feet. Love 'em!

Excellent, great quality shoes I have been purchasing Salt water shoes for 35 years. I am continuing the tradition. I purchase my first granddaughter her first pair. And she loves them. The first day she wore them to "lovers point beach" in Monterey Ca. Loves to tap on the wood floor with them. She is 20 month old. I am looking forward to introducing my next grandchildren to this tradition as well.

Traditional Styling for Little Feet -
I remember wearing these sandals myself in the 1970s and ever since I had kids I've been looking for them. They didn't work for my now-4-year-old son (feet too wide when he was 2) but for my 18 month old daughter, they are PERFECT. She has small, narrow feet for a 1 1/2 year old and these have been her best-fitting and favorite shoes (size 4). Made of all leather, they would prob. stretch for a wider foot, but they fit her right out of the box. She has worn them every day this spring and summer. They rinse off dirty and stay looking great. Wears with shorts & dresses. Great in red - matches nothing exactly, but goes with EVERYTHING!

 |  | I have used Zappos for myself and liked the site and service. But I am easy to fit. My husband is just the opposite. He varies from shoe to shoe from an 8 to a usual 8.5, Wide to 3E. His job requires him to stand 12 hrs a day and he has had shoes from low end up to $250, disregarded after 2 days of use. We were going to stores as far as 50 miles only to discover they did not carry the shoes he was interested in in his size. Now with Zappos, he is on his second pair of Hush Puppies and picking out more. The free shipping both ways and UPS shipping makes life very simple. Although each purchase usually takes 3 tries or more, Zappos has never lost their patience, understanding, or respect - even when I did! You guys are wonderful and we both thank you very much.
