So close...but not quite the right fit -
I wanted to keep these shoes, but the seam across the top hit my baby toe in a funny place and was uncomfortable. I didn't heat them up and size them to my feet because I was afraid Id be stuck with very expensive shoes that gave me a blister. I own Montrail flip flops and hiking boots and love them. These were just not quite right.

Runs small!
Wow what a great bootie! Excellent arch support, very cool look, kind of an urban hiker but you could take these hiking too
These run small. Toe box is roomy and they seem plenty wide for my fairly wide feet.

 |  | Unbelievable. I received shoes yesterday from an order I placed last week. I was bummed to find they were about a half size too small. So yesterday evening I placed a new order for the larger size but was bummed because I knew I'd have to wait a few days to receive them. I received an email from Zappos that my order had shipped last night. Nice touch but I figured no way that could happen, at the earliest it'll go out today. Then I checked the tracking number this morning and saw that my order went out from Kentucky last night, arrived in San Diego this morning (!) and was out for delivery!!! Wow. I'm impressed. Always have had a good experience with Zappos. When I expressed my frustration last night to my wife that the shoes didn't fit and I wish there was a better way to insure correct fit when you order online, she asked how I thought Zappos could make it more convenient. Electronic foot scanner was my only crazy idea but I'll take extremely quick upgraded shipping any day of the week. Nice job! |  | ~ Joel, September 16 2008
