A comfortable shoe, can be worn with khaki slacks -
I wear this shoe at work, with khaki slacks. I enjoy wearing Converse's Chuck Taylor and Jack Purcell brands, and this shoe is one of them. Of course, buying from Zappos is hassle-free, their CSR's are attentive to your questions and concerns, and their selection is the best of the shoe sites on the internet! I really love these shoes, I think you will too.

Everybody likes them -
At first, my ex told me she thought I looked too big to wear these. She quickly changed her mind once she saw how sick these looked on the streets of San Diego. Awesome color and a timeless design. More comfortable than I remember they were as a kid.

Same old deal...
If you have never worn a Converse All Star, do yourself a favor and try a pair.
They fit like a second skin, and creep around like a moccasin.
Still my favorite shoe...
The color "Iguana" is cool, but I miss the Bog Green.

These are the best shoes for walking in and around my company all day long...the size is true and I do have a wide foot...width is perfect...I think they run a little large...being a women’s size 11...a man’s size 8 fit perfect...to date I have 24 pairs every color to match everything!!!! The quality is great also, have washed them in the machine, they still are holding to the new look...Can't leave without saying Zappos' customer service is the best...they are right, they just happen to sell shoes...NO ONE can beat the CUSTOMER SERVICE they give...I order online all the time, Zappos you are the best in what you do!!!! While I did not buy the shoes to get attention, astonishing how the shoe really grabs'em. Hanging around a Southwest terminal for most of yesterday because of weather a surprising number commented on my showy new picante sneakers made better looking by brown laces rather than white and recognized by most as Chuck Taylors.

Get this in every color...
Get this shoe in every color! It's so comfortable.
I do have a high arch and find it a bit flat, so I slip in a common drugstore insole and am good to go.
Usually takes 1 day to break in.

I recently purchased some Chuck Taylor's through Zappos for my daughter for Christmas. I was very pleased with how quickly they came in the mail - and most of all, my daughter just loved the shoes, the color and they fit perfectly.
When it's time to shop for shoes again, I'll definitely get them from Zappos!

A Very Kewl Looking-Comfortable Shoe!
I have bought many different colors of Converse from Zappos and this one I ordered to my collection has been no disappointment. A friend of mine had some this same color of shoe and I decided to get some. Not only do they go with everything you wear, I got it shipped to me fast. I recommend going the 1/2 size smaller than your regular shoe size. I get compliments on these all the time. They're fun great-looking shoes.

Buy them as 'accents'
Great shoe as an 'accent' to your wardrobe (like toss pillows in your living room). Reasonably priced, machine washable, in colors and patterns to match the season and your mood. I wear them everywhere, with jeans or shorts, with or without socks. Bad part...They have little or no arch support, so I don't recommend being on your feet for long without an added arch support.

Little purple gems -
If you've ever had these shoes, you know they have no support, but they look so good with jeans. At first they make your feet look really long and skinny, but once you get them broken in, there are none better. This shoe is a classic.

Great hit with high school boys!
My 16 yr old son picked out the marigold (??) color and he and his friends love them! They look awesome with everything and are unusual enough to stand out a tad, which isn't always a bad thing.

Nice but not perfect -
They were nice although I ordered the chocolate low tops and when they came they looked more like the burnt sienna than chocolate. They were smaller than I thought, I ordered my size and they were about 1/2 size to small. Not a bad shoe in all, except for color.

Original Chuck Wearers Beware!
I've been a loyal Converse fan for years. I cannot say enough nice things about these shoes. However, those of you who have worn them for some time should take note that the inside height of the shoe is changing! They now stand a little bit taller which can/may change how the shoe sits on the back of your heel. I ordered a pair of these in bisay blue and got one taller one, one shorter one. Be aware when you buy them, and take the time to measure them before you wear them outside of the house, just in case.

Awesome shoe!
I ordered these after going to the store and discovering that they did not have any I liked in! So with the help of Zappos and a credit card, I got these wonderful shoes and I love them! The color is a little darker than the picture, I think anyways, (the purple ones). But they are still my favorite pair of shoes!

I love the purple so much! They're awesome, comfy, and can be tied lower to work as slip-ons for airport security, but you need to break them in first. The only issue is that they fade if you get them too wet and don't dry them right.

This is my son's favorite shoe. He has 4 different colors (including hemp and leather). Zappos is great to work with, the first ones we ordered were too big, they exchanged them within a few days.
