These boots are classic! They are unbelievably comfortable and supportive. I only wish I had smaller feet (I’m a size 9, very flat) because I think my feet look a little big from the side.

I didn’t realize it is a very urban style kind of shoes, but it turned out to be my causal boots that I can wear to walk around the city. Very comfortable for someone who walks a lot and have a strong walk.

Not quite right for me -
I really really wanted to love these boots...and online, I did. However, maybe I'm too much of a softie, but the leather was so so stiff! I tried them on with tights and the lining was itchy. I then tried them with a pair of thick socks. I couldn't feel the scratchy lining, but when I would walk, the leather would bend in such a way that the creases would dig into my ankles. Ouch! Plus, the fit was nice and snug around the calf, but a bit too loose around the ankle. I cinched the laces as tight as they would go, thinking that would help the uncomfortable creasing, too. They were still kinda big around my ankles. If I knew any tricks to break down the leather quickly, I might have kept them, but I guess I'm just way too much of a baby about the discomfort. Much as I loved the look of these, they just didn't work for me personally. *sniff*

Timberland Urban 14" -
Bought these for a winter trip to NY. With a pair of thin Smart Wool socks, my feet were warm and dry. Initially I was worried about the width as it was a bit snug on first try, but it loosened up quickly. The leather is soft, but you still have to break them in (warning: sore ankles); afterwards, they're surprisingly comfy, but I would avoid wearing them to the airport because the lacing up can take awhile.

Great boots -
I bought a pair of these boots for my daughter 4 years ago and she wore them almost everyday to college. Well after 4 years she needed new ones and thankfully Zappos had some in her size. She can't praise them enough. Waterproof, comfy and for her, stylish.

Fantastic boots!
I love these boots. I was worried that they were a little small with thick socks, but the leather has softened and they fit perfectly. I just moved to New York and I was not used to so much walking, but these are perfect. The high top is sexy. They are light so they get dirty easily, but you can clean them with fine grit sandpaper.

The Hotness!!
I fell in love with the red and black online and had to have it! It is beautiful, tough looking, but elegant at the same time. If you have big calves, this might not fit, however. Aside from that, absolutely no complaints. Zappos, you've done it again!

Boots of my dream -
These are the boots I have been waiting for...cute and moderately comfortable. They seem a little on the narrow side, but then I have big feet. I think once I break them in they will fit just fine. I usually wear a 10 1/2 and I got these in an 11. They just fit. They are cute as can be and the leather is very supple. I also have large calves and these fit just fine, without stretching the lacing too far across the tongue. They make my legs looks slimmer.

Cute and Comfy -
Surprisingly comfy right out of the box, and that is rare for me cuz I have wide flat feet. I followed the advice here and ordered up a half size. The boots felt a bit firm around the ankle, but can easily be adjusted with the laces. This boot looks cool with pants, leggings, dresses or skirts. Too bad they were sold out of the crimson/black model, but the black is fine, too. Excellent customer service as usual!

Very cute boot -
Very cute boot! Due to lace up front, you can tuck in any pant leg. Slightly tight around ankle, but I feel this will get better as leather is worn.

Cool Boots -
I'm moving to Prague and need a stylish but warm and effective weather boot. Purchased the Crimson Wheat color. LOVE the red accents and the detailing. I haven't tested these in the 'elements' yet, but they feel warm. Love the look and comfort. I gave 4 stars for the comfort though because the insole was surprisingly devoid of padding and there wasn't enough cushion. I removed the insole and inserted something with a little more cushion (can't put anything too thick, or the boot doesn't fit right). The fit is to size, a little roomy in the ankle, but doesn't bother me. After a LOT of looking and choosing (thanks Zappos for great service and free shipping!) I'm glad I got these! They look great with leggings and skinny jeans.

I just received these boots today, they look great, and feel wonderful on the feet. I wear an 8 ½, but I like the extra room of a 9 for thick socks. I also bought a pair for my daughter for Christmas.

Timberlands 14" WHEAT BOOTS -

How much I Love these boots.

Loved the rich color!
Got this boot in the Brown. Wanted a boot that looked good with everything and wasn't too "snowbootish". These were perfect. I was especially happy with the Brown color. It was a rich, rich chocolate color and the material was surprisingly soft not, like some other Timberlands. Laces are more of a hassle than boots without but it's great in that it allows you to adjust the fit of the calf. Zappos shipping & handling was lightning fast as usual.

I wear a size a 10 but I was scared that the 10 wouldn’t fit, so I got an 11. And the 11 was a little too big. I should have got the 10 because the shoe is really true to its size. I always get numerous compliments when I wear them. There gorgeous and so stylish!
