Awesome shoe -
The hemp has a different look and feel than just normal canvas and I got the olive color, which is great. I was worried that it would be too loose and wouldn’t stay on, but they fit perfectly.

Hemp is the way!
These are my first pair of Chuck Taylors. LOVE THE LOOK of these…I wear a lot of black so bought these in black. This shoe is NARROW so if you have wide or even slightly wide feet, this won't work for you. Even the heel is a bit narrow on this shoe & can be hard to put the shoe on with the overall narrow-ness of the shoe. (Just BEWARE.) My feet are slightly on the narrow side & these needed to be WORN IN for awhile before I went out to do any sort of walking around in them. The hemp is "NUBBY" in the weave so if you are looking for the smooth finish, this isn't it but these are way cute shoes. To me, this shoe feels true to size, just narrow. I wear them without socks.

Coolest shoes ever!
I bought the Chuck Taylor Slip Hemp in green for my boyfriend. These are the coolest shoes ever! They look great with jeans and shorts and they're HEMP! That rocks! Make a statement with these shoes. They are worth every penny. Just make sure to buy a full size smaller than your normal size like I did. They run a full size larger than marked. Peace.

Great texture -
These Hemp All Stars are great for the summer! The hemp is a renewable resource and is easily grown unlike cotton in the long run. They do run one size larger so you should get a size smaller. These are made for narrower feet but if your feet are a bit wide just get your true size and it will be fine. I got the version with laces because this version was not out yet. They go great with jeans or with shorts if you just slip them on by stepping on the back heel part without actually slipping them on.

I wanted another pair of Converse, but didn't want the traditional lace-up kind. I saw these and thought the olive color was pretty cute. I ordered them a half size smaller than my usual size, because that's what I'm always in Converse, and they fit perfectly. The color is a bit lighter in person, but nonetheless cute. They're a killer to get on [hence the 4 on comfort]; probably due to my wide feet. Overall though, they go with a lot and are perfectly casual. I foresee wearing these a lot more than planned. =)

One Bad Pair -
This is one of the coolest shoes I have seen (travel stamp in brown). You will want to order a full size down. I tried some in the mall before I ordered. I wear an 8 but had to get these in a 7. Comfort is only average as these are Chucks and are not that comfortable to me; however, it is not so bad as to cause me not to recommend these.

I had been looking everywhere for the all black "Chucks" in the new slip on style! Thank God for Zappos!! They look great, feel great, and as far as I'm concerned, will never go out of style. Thanks!

My son usually wears an 11.5, but I ordered an 11 as your site suggested. He said the left shoe was fine, but the right one slips on the heel. Other than that, we were very pleased overall.

I absolutely love my shoes--especially because they are so unique! I have received many compliments. They run a little large even taking into account the size advice and men's sizing. Zappos customer service is second to none!

Good Slip-on and Zappos is Better!
Good shoes for casual wear and great for airport security - easy on and off. I normally wear 9.5 -10, but the 8.5 fits me. So, order at least 1 full size smaller. Again, the selection and service at Zappos are always the best!!!!!

Ordered 1/2 size smaller (i.e. a 9 instead of a 9.5) and they fit great lengthwise. They are a little slim in the width, but other than that they are great. Everyone I've run into today has complimented me on them, so they must look pretty cool too.

Love'em!
I love these so much, I now own 4 pairs: chocolate, ochre, cream with turquoise beads and brown embroidery and olive (I also have a pair of Ed Hardy streetwise low-rise, which fit the same). I normally wear a size 9, but I take a Men's 6/Women's 8 in these, and I still have enough slippage to make them comfy and not get blisters.

Greatest sneakers ever -
I really love these sneakers. They are so great for everyday, and surprisingly, the purple ones I bought go with almost everything.
The only thing to keep in mind if you are ordering these shoes is that they run a little big. I’m usually a perfect size 8, but these 8s are a little big. If you wear thin socks or no socks, you may want to go half a size smaller.

Absolutely love them. Took a few days to break ‘em in. But that's expected with a lot of shoes. I've already really used and abused them and they've been great! I chose a half size down and I'm definitely glad I did so.

Cool sneaker -
Because these shoes are sized for men, it's best to order 1/2 size down for women. Follow the guides listed in the shoe description. Always wanted Chuck Taylors when I was a kid. Don't know why I didn’t' buy them sooner. They're great.

Don't Smoke These!
I ordered the black in 8.5 men's (usually wear at least a 9) and had to return them for size 8. You might want to order a size lower. These are really cool shoes, I like that they looked already broken-in. I hate having brand-new Chucks that are glaring white, these solve that problem as the rubber is off-white. The hemp material is not quite as soft but looks great. I also like having the black line on the toe part, which other Chuck slip-ons lack, giving it a more authentic look.

THESE SHOES ROCK!!! I got them in black parchment and they are so awesome. When I got them in the mail I was so excited! They’re expensive, but TOTALLY worth it!!! They fit perfectly...just like they were made for me!
