Best Dress Loafer I've Owned -
I love this shoe. Very smart looking, excellent leather and comfortable. I believe these will last a long time based on the quality materials. Florsheim has overachieved with this one. Initially selected the skin but returned for plain leather. ZAPPOS facilitated the return/credit immediately. They are the HIGHEST CUSTOMER SERVICE company I have EVER dealt with and I'm 60 years old. Keep up the good work ZAPPOS. I'm a lifelong customer.

Very Narrow!!
Make sure that you order a wide size in this shoe. Every shoe that I order is in the same size, good old 10 (D), and I never have a problem. This shoe is definitely on the narrow side and very uncomfortable. They have not broken in after a week of wear!! Feel like my feet have been bound!! Will have to order an old stand-by...

In a squeeze -
I love the look of the shoe and was anxiously awaiting arrival. Out of the box the shoe looked even better than I expected. However, I was disappointed that although I had ordered EEE width the shoe is about an E width. So I will have to return the shoe. This is not typical of my experience with Florsheim. I have worn them for years.

This shoe is slightly narrow, which is perfect for me. I normally purchase Cole Haan or Johnston Murphy, this shoe looks comparable for less.

Looks aren't everything -
Loved the looks of the shoe. The style fit my persona. But I ordered an EEE width and it felt like an E. The left shoe was tighter than the right. Bring back MADE in AMERICA. I was about to send them back but, I needed a nice pair of shoes for an event. Hopefully walking around the house will help break these in. Wish me luck!!

Very comfortable. The sole has great traction. I did not experience any discomfort with the regular medium width. They look really great with dress pants.

Well made shoes that look very classy!
When I first got these, I thought I had gotten a 1/2 size to small. I have always worn a 9D so that is what I ordered. They feel stiff when you first put them on, but loosen up quickly. I substitute teach and decided to wear them to work the next day and wore them all day. I never got a blister nor did they ever get uncomfortable throughout the day. Now they fit like a glove every time I wear them. Great shoe that is very classy looking!

Nice, but rough -
The shoes are beautiful, but hard to break in. I had an enormous blister on my foot after 4 hours of wearing.

Excellent shoe.
Fits well and feels very comfortable. It took almost no time for break-in. Looks very good, too. The narrow toe only provided a minimum of wear problems. That situation seemed to correct itself after a very short break-in.

This shoe is not very comfortable and a bit narrow, but looks more expensive than it is.

Classic Comfort -
This is a classic loafer with comfort. I needed a wide width, and it worked well.
Best of all is Zappos; they are a Company with the best Customer Service. Orders that arrive overnight and I would never buy anywhere else.

Toe area too narrow. Squishes toes -
This is a beautiful looking shoe, however, the design of the last is fine up to the toe area. When you put your foot into the shoe, it feels like you’re pushing your toes into a funnel. Since I only wear them once in awhile, I can live with it. But I can't wait until I get home to get them off my feet.

I've been at the mercy of retailers to decide whether they carry anything over a size 10. Incredible selection in all styles, sizes, and widths, and I do mean ALL. Free shipping both ways, easiest return process I've ever seen, 24/7 customer service, and really, really fast delivery! On occasion, there have been some Saturday nights when online retail shoe therapy seemed like a fine idea (especially after a glass of wine or two). They shipped out on Sunday and I kid you not - in most cases arrived at work by Monday or Tuesday at the latest! How’s that for immediate gratification? Nearly all styles have customer reviews that are as helpful as the shoe description in deciding what to order, what to pass on, and what size to order. I've only purchased shoes, but Zappos has expanded into clothes, accessories, and other stuff as well, but their core product is shoes and LOTS of them.
