I just bought my 4th pair of these shoes for my son after he outgrew the last pair. These are some of my all-time favorite shoes for my son. They are easy to put on and take off, and they strike a nice balance between being dressy and casual. They seem to be comfortable and they are very durable. My son wears them a lot without socks during the summer once they're broken in (it's also a nice way to get a little more wear out of them as they get too small to wear with socks). They do seem to run about a size larger than many other shoes I've bought for my son (i.e. a size 9 in this shoe is about the same as a 10 Merrell Rugged Moc), but I find the sizing of children's shoes to be so inconsistent it's hard to say of these shoes run large or if the other shoes I've bought run small.

I like these shoes so much that I purchased them again recently to replace the last pair that my 5-year-old son outgrew and the extensive wear and tear! The shoes are durable letting him run and play like a true energetic boy. They are also comfortable from day one. The shoes are appropriate for school or dressier occassions. Shoes tend to fit a 1/2 size bigger.

Great shoe! Since it is a slip-on, my son likes that he can quickly put it on and take it off. Well made and very durable for active toddlers.

My 4 1/2 year old loves these shoes. He calls them his "Snazzy Shoes" and wants to wear them even with his sweatpants! They really are great looking and are tough enough for some outdoor playground activity if your son insists wearing them like mine does! Plus he loves how easy they are to get on and off. Dress 'em up or down, they're great.

The shoe is very comfortable; my kid likes it very much. Also he chose it by himself so it looks stylish to him. Only one thing, I recommend to order it a half size bigger than the actual size of your kid, because the shoe had a tall instep, so it's a very closed shoe; so the kid can have a little difficulty putting it on. But in general the shoe is awesome.

Great shoe choice!
This is the perfect shoe. I needed a black shoe for my son for the holidays and really wanted something he could wear again. They are made well and look solid unlike some kid’s shoes and really are easy to get on. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for this type of versatile shoe. To top it all off, I received them the day after I ordered them - it literally made my day!!! Thanks Zappos!

This shoe is the best all around boys' shoe I've found yet. It can go from classroom to playground to formal event and fit in perfectly. It has proven to resist scuffing on the toe to the point where I will let my son wear it for his roughest play without worry of harm to the shoes. They stay on through the rough play without slippage, and provide comfort without him slipping them off and running around without his shoes. This truly is the ultimate boys' shoe.

Perfect shoe for toddlers.
This shoe is a great shoe for toddlers as it looks great with any outfit and the shoe is well-made. It also handles the rough wear that a toddler can put on a shoe!
