I bought these for my 12 year old daughter (whose feet are bigger than mine now!) and she absolutely loves them. They are funky but not flashy. And she states they are comfortable. The only problem than I personally can see is that it seems to take a few minutes to get them on. You have to loosen the laces all the way down, put them on, then tighten them up again. But she doesn't mind, so neither do I. Good purchase and the price wasn't so bad either.

I waited around 3 years before purchasing these boots. I wish I had gotten them sooner! They are so comfortable and cute. I always get compliments on them. I like to wear them over jeans, with dresses, and skirts. Once you break them in, they are easier to take on and off. The only problem I have had with them is the string breaking off at the end. Luckily, they come with a really long lace so it's no biggie.

I stared believing in true love at first sight when my eyes first got a glimpse of these. I'm not usually a fan of wearing dead sheep on my legs, but this one time I let my love pull me towards these knee high lovers. I wear these year round, but mostly on the days I feel like a Native American, despite my unfortunate lack of skin pigment. They are very comfortable because the sole is literally a flexible scrap of rubber with grips. It's like going barefoot with tassels dangling from your knees. But be warned, the insides will often shed color on your socks. And please, WEAR socks with these. They will chafe otherwise.

I took the advice I heard and ordered a size smaller than I usually take. I'm between a 8 1/2 and 9 so I ordered an 8. I am so happy I did, they fit perfect! I love them. They are so comfortable! Really much cuter in person! Would definitely order another pair.

I am in love with these boots! Seriously. So far I have only worn them around the house as it is still too warm to wear them outside, but I did not want to take them off! They are amazingly comfy and so adorable. The color is somewhat darker than pictured, but it doesn't take away from the look at all. I am going to wear these things to death.

I LOVE ‘EM! I wear a 7.5, but these come in whole sizes. I got a 7, too small... returned for a size 8. Got them the NEXT day! Size 8 fits awesome! I have been wanting these boots for years!

IT'S ALL & MORE THAN YOU'LL EXPECT!
When I received this boot the quality and grade of the suede was more than I expected. It is a true size 5. The comfort is amazing, and I know because I'm a walker since I live in NYC! The width is a perfect medium and the sole is a much better one than I expected for a moccasin boot! You can dress it up. Then again you can where them with your hottest jeans! BUY IT! BEST shoe purchase I ever made! Delivery from Zappos was timely and accurate, as it always has been for me. The mocs are ADORABLE and comfortable, and complete strangers have been complimenting me since the first day I wore them out. They look great with everything --jeans, skirts, cutoffs...I lusted over these for awhile before I finally caved and bought them. I only wish I'd gotten them sooner! I bought a size 9, which is what I normally wear, and they fit beautifully. I have the spindliest of legs, and have had no trouble with too much slouching, as one reviewer mentioned below. You can lace them as tightly or loosely as you like, so you have total "slouch control." If you're debating on whether or not to buy these boots, hesitate no longer!!

Comfort and Cuteness -
I hesitated at purchasing these, but after wearing them around all day, indoors and out, I am loving them more and more. The work with my Juicy sweats, in or out of jeans, and look so cute w/ the broomstick skirts for spring. I have a narrow heel and they are a tad loose there, but still comfy as heck since they are so soft! They fit my foot snugly so I would think that a wider foot may find this boot a bit narrow.

They look better off than they do on.
My boot slouches too much and the heel slides when you walk making it not comfortable. I wore them once. I wish I could return them.

Something different -
I got these boots to keep my feet warm they actually fit really well under my pants. I’m not one to wear boots over pants =) but yeah it really is not hard to lace up and once you get the laces on you just need to loosen them to take them off. The only weird thing is when I take them off my sock stays in them =P my first moccasins; very cute.

Boots without shoe string holds -
When I received the boots they looked a little larger than what I expected and also were larger than I thought as well. On top of that there were no holes for my shoe laces to go in one of boots. LITTLE DISAPPOINTED...

Love, love the boots! I ordered them in black and a size 9. I usually am a 9.5 but with everyone saying they fit a bit larger I ordered down & they feel nice and snug, as they should. The picture also makes the black boot look worn, but luckily it looks a lot better in person! A bit hard to lace, but it’s worth it. Very comfy, very stylish, I expect to wear them till it’s too warm!

Hip boot -
Fun hippie boot. Hard to lace at first but definitely worth it. Great way to give a hip look with jeans tucked in.

Great boots-great price!!
I have these boots in the dusty brown and I loved them so much I had to have the black also. They are totally cool, stylish and comfortable. The quality is excellent-what else would you expect from Minnetonka??!! I wear them with everything since I am addicted to fringe. Zappos is the best online shoe store from the product selection to the customer service.

I've been looking for similar boots since last season, therefore when I came across Minnetonkas, I ordered without searching further. I've been wearing them with tights, dresses, pants, jeans, and they go with anything. I haven't been on the snow yet, but considering how warm they keep your feet, I'm guessing they'll be great night-out boots when it snows.

These are the most comfy, fabulous boots. They're perfect over jeans or slouched down and loosely tied. Make sure you go with a smaller size as they tend to run a little big. By the way, I needed them rushed to me before I went out of town, and Zappos customer service could not have been more helpful. I got them one full day before my flight with no hassle. I will forever be a fan of this web site!

Umm, just not for me.
They are much better in person, nicer sole than pictured and the leather is quality. After the task of getting them on and off my hands and legs were tinged black. They are comfy moccasins, but work with nothing in my closet...Just not attractive on.
I found these to be true to size and they fit my larger muscular calves.

Great buy! These boots are adorable, comfortable, and warm. I was looking for an in-between boot for autumn in Chicago, and these are perfect! Though they are not waterproof, they can easily be Scotch-Guarded. Overall, a great buy. So fashionable and cute! They take a little getting used to at first, but they really grow on you. But here's a tip: order a full size smaller than your size. I am normally a 9 and I ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly.

Great, once you get them on!!! These feel and look completely amazing! It's no wonder they are so popular in Hollywood and in Asia! The only problems I had were having to lace the things myself, and then putting them on and taking them off. They don't feel tight at all but they actually are very snug and difficult to put on and remove.

Let me tell you...these boots get a lot of attention! They look so good with jeans! I'm usually a size 7.5 but got these beauties in a 7 & they fit great. One bad thing...they stain your socks. Bad idea if you wear 'em at the airport! Buy these awesome boots & don't forget to buy black socks!

Almost returned, so glad I didn't!
I have to admit I almost returned these, the fringe kinda scared me, but after a few days of staring at them, they really wore on me. I found these boots to be great to pair with something simple like jeans & a T. They make a statement all on their own! They are super comfy and made well. I usually wear a size 9 in a boot, but got a size 8 (as suggested by other reviews) and they fit great! No support, but still cute and way better than being in heels all day or night.
