The quality of the merchandise was top-notch. But better than that, dealing with Zappo's is an A+ operation. Attentive customer service for exchanges, free and fast shipping in either direction - could not have worked with a more user friendly operation.

This bag is absolutely fantastic. Multiple pockets, zipper closures, places for shoes and toiletry bags, so on, and it still retains shape and stands up, while being flexible enough to fit in strange spaces. Have had multiple comments on how good it looks and how well it organizes things, even moreso than a similar Eddie Bauer bag. After three weeks in Europe and two weeks across the U.S., it's holding up like a champ. Highly recommended.

Fantastic bag -
We bought one for every one in our family and now are very organized when we travel.
You will be surprised how much you can pack in this bag, and yet it still remains well below the weight limit for flying.

 |  | Dear Zappos, Okay, help me understand something. I place an on-line order last evening at about 8:00. I screw up how to use my store credit and cant figure out how to fix it. I resort to calling your toll free number to fix my stupid mistake and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Wow is all I can say! A real live person answers the phone in two rings after I debated with myself whether or not to press the option for joke of the day. He corrects my problem and even makes the decision to not charge my credit card for the less than $2 difference between my store credit and the amount due for the running shoes I ordered. On top of this, the shoes were sitting on my doorstep tonight after I came home from work. I even wore them for my evening workout. How dare you do this in less than 20 hours after my mistake! You just set the customer service pole vault bar at 37 feet in my book! Terrific, terrific service. Thank you very much! I now consider myself a customer for life. You all will have to work very hard to make me buy a pair of shoes from another company. Im new to Zappos and you can bet I will be looking to Zappos for other purchases! Many thanks... my next order will be tomorrow evening so I can surprise my wife with a new pair of Berks she wants, but actually needs... it isnt always good to want things!
