This boot feels as good as it looks. Elegant, sexy, modern, and classy. Lightweight - perfect for Miami and traveling (wonderfully packable)and a great heel height for wearing all day. DJP is the best for quality, fashion and comfort, my number one shoe designer AND ZAPPO is the BEST..... Great style and versatility!
I love these boots and they go from dressy to more casual. They also travel well. These are my first purchase of Donald J. Pliner boots and I am "hooked."

BELIEVE THE HYPE!
I read all the raves here, and I thought, how can a boot like this please people with both narrow and wide calves? Well, I'm here to tell you it can. Plus it makes your legs look amazing. I'm always in search of the perfect boot, and I think this just may be it.

This is so stylish than I expected. I usually wear 6.5 but I wear this boots in 7.5 since this is tight design. I like the material but it gets dirty easily. I wash it with wet towel and it still looks good. I love the looks!

Dress boots -
These boots are fabulous, very comfortable and sexy. Heel is not too high, I can wear these boots all day. Not too tight in the calf, just perfect.

INCREDIBLE -
Coming from a true enthusiast for well made, comfortable shoes, these are 100% spot on! I first bought the Black Crepe Stretch and was so thrilled when they actually fit my calves, I ordered the Espresso Stretch Suede. At age 40, these are the first pair of tall boots that I have owned. I have never been able to find a pair of boots to fit around my large calves. For anyone that has the same challenge, I would strongly encourage you to order up now before they are all gone. And yes, they are extremely comfortable walking for extended periods of time. Bravo Donald Pliner! PS - I had no issues with either pair squeaking.

These are one of the most comfortable pairs of boots I've ever owned. I get lots of compliments on them. The brass color is really unusual, but they go with almost everything!

Ideal if you have narrow calves/legs. Very sexy boot, beware that these are not suede...nice heel height, very comfortable...

Fantastic -
I love these boots and received several compliments on them--the look, the fit and ability to cover a wide calf are all fantastic. I bought two pairs, one for more frequent wear and the other for special occasions. Unfortunately, one pair squeaks when I walk in them which must be related to wood surface misalignment.

Not for high arches -
I ordered this boot and it is lovely. The problem is there is no way I can get it on my foot. The throat of the boot is extremely narrow. I usually wear a 6 1/2 or a 7 narrow. I ordered this boot in a 7M. I can't even begin to get my high-arched foot through the throat. This is a pull-on style, so keep that in mind.

Amazing boot -
Was looking for a boot to go with my shorter winter dresses and FINALLY FOUND IT! Extreme comfort, and sexy boot without killing myself on 3-4 inch heel! This is, without a doubt, the best boot out there today. Trust me, I'm a boot-a-holic, I wear only the best and this is it.

Splurge on these!
They boots are amazing. Women AND men stop to tell me how great and sexy the boots are. I am usually a size 5, but I went up to the 5.5 so I could wear a sock underneath for a little extra support. They look great with jeans, skirts, dresses...I wore these all through NYC and my feet only hurt at the VERY end of the day. A great shoe.

Stylish and affordable shoe.
I liked this shoe so well I purchased it in another color. His shoes have nice padding for the ball of your feet. I have problems with zippered boots so to find a designer boot that is pull on was a nice surprise.

Comfy sexy boot -
I love this boot. It was comfortable right out of the box. The silver is unique and dresses up any plain black outfit. The heel height is perfect if you don't like something too high, but still want a sassy skinny heel.

These are the most comfortable boot that I have ever had on my feet, and I can wear them for hours without a problem. After reading the other reviews, I listened for a squeaking sound to no avail; I ordered the suede and crepe. I order size 9 in an open Pliner sandal, I ordered the 9.5 in this boot and the fit was great. Thank you Zappos for the most incredible delivery!

These boots are made for walking!
These boots look great and feel good too. The elastic uppers make for a sleek look that works with skirts and dresses, and the pointed toe makes them great with trousers too. I've been looking for all-leather boots that fit tightly around my ankle and calf, and just couldn't find them. These fit the bill and fill a gap in the boot wardrobe.

Absolutely the most comfortable boot! Fits well, although it ran 1/2 size larger. I normally wear an 8.5 and an 8 was just right. I have no problem with squeaking and have the camel suede. I actually have a problem with squeaky shoes in general and no issues with this boot.

Comfy boots for Preggers -
I am 5 months pregnant and wanted a low heel boot that still looked elegant and would be able to accommodate calves when they swell. These boots are SOOO comfortable and look great!

Squeaky Noisy Boot -
This boot looks beautiful, and is comfortable, except it is quite noisy. The boot squeaks as you walk, and that's not exactly what you expect when you purchase a boot for this price! It's also not the kind of attention grabber you want in a shoe either. Plus, you can see lines form where it bends across the toe area after only wearing it a couple times.

One issue with my recent boot purchase -
I love the look of this boot and it is very comfortable. My issue is that the boots squeak. My first pair did and I returned them. Thinking it was just a fluke I purchased my current pair and they squeak too. My cobbler told me that he couldn't fix the squeak (likely leather rubbing against leather in the sole) as he could damage the boot. I went online to Google and found a suggestion to fix the squeak and it worked! I simply put baby powder inside the boot (lots of it) and wore the boot around to work the baby powder in between the sole from the inside. It worked great - no more squeak.

I bought these boots after reading the reviews about how wonderfully comfortable they are. I am happy to say that these must be the most comfortable and the most gorgeous boots that one can find on earth! (And, Zappos is, without a doubt, the BEST!) I've read recently from quite a few reviewers that these boots apparently squeak badly. So far mine seem to be ok (Black Crepe and Black Suede Metallic Elastic), maybe only the synthetic leather ones squeak? It would be nice if the other reviewers could please mention which kind(s) that you have found to squeak.

Squeaks!
I bought two pair of these, and while they are supremely comfortable, the squeaking and the very thin soles seem cheap. The fabric-covered heel is too delicate to handle daily wear.
