Like walking on hard cement -
I've been wearing Propet shoes for about 4 years and was completely taken by surprise when I tried the Pedwalker 10s on. They felt like I was walking around on hard cement. It seems whenever Propet puts out an absolutely comfortable shoe, it is then replaced the following year. These shoes gave my feet big red blisters! I am a size 12 3E. I'm now very wary of Propet's new models and would not buy one until a majority of customers say they are good.

Shoe not what it cracked up to be -
No support, after 2 months tear in side of shoe, not on feet every minute of the day, but when on the feet expect the comfort and support.

I have received multiple compliments on the shoes about their appearance. They are great when my feet swell, I have room for expansion and they are very comfortable.

Third time around -
This is my third pair of Propet Pedwalker 10 shoes. Obviously I find them comfortable, durable, and serviceable. In addition they seem to breathe, making them cooler over last summer's intolerable heat. I have wide feet, and these shoes fit perfectly.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
