Just as the other reviewer, we are on our second pair of these shoes. They are expensive for kids shoes, but they hold up better than any other shoes I have ever purchased, and they are my very picky child's favorite. However, I don't think it is fair to characterize them as running big, what they really are is a little bit wider than American made shoes. But, that is to be expected and is part of what makes my little one love them.

My son has worn these Primigi shoes with his dress uniform at school once a week for the past year and they've been great! They look like nice loafers with the high-quality leather (which has held up well and still looks nice), but wear like jogging shoes with their construction & rubber soles. I'd say they run a little on the big side. Definitely worth spending a little extra money on for their durability & comfort. I'm about to buy another pair now that he's outgrown the first ones.

I always get my shoes immediately upon ordering either the very next day or the day after that. Incredible!!! Returning items is easier than anywhere else. And when I screw up an order, you are right there immediately to help out. I'm a fan on Facebook and truly admire your company and even had my cat on your news feed sitting in HIS Zappos box.
