This is a really cute-looking wedge. I usually wear flats only and this is the first pair of wedge I own. When I first received these shoes, they're such a stunning baby and feel comfortable when I walked them at home. However, when I wore them to shopping or doing anything need to walk, OMG, it's such a pain!!! I have narrow feet, but I still don't feel comfortable walking in them because of the strap, which is killing me. But when I take off the strap, the shoes will slide off and I can't walk. I really like the beauty of these shoes, but it's just not that functional. I think I might return it and get another pair of comfortable flat shoes.

Nerve damage for a really cute shoe -
I knew what I was getting into by reading all these reviews about how freakishly narrow these shoes were and I bought them anyway. I normally don't put up with stupidly painful shoes when there are so many lovely well-made comfortable stylish shoes to be had, but I just had to try. And I have to admit that they are so, so, so cute that I did it - I have worn them a dozen times to break them in so that I can finally wear them mostly without pain. But, come on, the first 3 days I wore them my feet were tingling in places where these shoes apparently didn't expect to find any toes or bones. On the first day I wore them, I was standing at a crosswalk with the nerves on the top of my foot screaming at me, counting the seconds till I could sit back down at my desk and take them off, and I heard a women in a stopped car say "OMG those shoes are so cute!". There really is not a wedge I have seen that is quite comparable to this for looks. But how does anybody fit into it? I don't think that getting a bigger size would help that much - your heel would just slide around more and give you blisters and potentially help you to fall off the wedge and twist your ankle. OK, you get the idea - the shoes are painful but beautiful.

Sexy -
Just as sexy looking out of the box as in the picture. Only problem I found is this shoe runs about 1 to 1 1/2 sizes small. I wear a size 10. Trying on this shoe - my foot looked like one of the two hugely step-sisters trying to stuff their foot into the glass slipper. Not a pretty sight!

I love the look of these shoes, but they're just not comfortable. I'm a big fan of Marc by Marc Jacobs and Marc Jacobs shoes, but there's just something off about these. I usually wear an 8.5 or a 9, and have a fairly narrow foot. However, even the 9 felt too narrow for me. A big disappointment.

Love this shoe. I am a 4 1/2. The 5 fits me better than most size 5 shoes. But were it not for the ankle strap, it would slip off my feet. Thank you, Marc Jacobs, for adding that strap. It is pretty comfortable, even the strap, which I hardly notice when wearing. This is a shoe I could easily shop in for hours at a time. It's perfectly casual, yet stylish. And best of all, it adds height!

Love them!
These shoes are great! They do take a little time to break in, but they are so cute and I get compliments on them all the time. I wear a 6 and bought a 6 and they fit so I think they're pretty true to size. These shoes look awesome with capris pants or skirts.

A Shoe for a Narrow Foot -
Having read the comments on the website for the Snow Calf, I was prepared for a shoe that runs smaller than a normal size. So I ordered my usual size and a half size larger. When the shoe arrived, I was struck by its beauty and dismayed by its design. I'm sorry to ding you, Marc Jacobs, because I do believe you are the master maker of shoes. But really, who is going to be able to comfortably wear this narrow, narrow shoe? And it's narrowness falls over the ball joint, a problem joint for many folk. They're gorgeous, no doubt about that. But frankly, unless you have an extremely narrow foot, don't bother to order them. However, if your foot is indeed narrow, by all mean do order the shoes. Their elegance will blow you away.

These shoes are absolutely gorgeous, but aren't perfect. I wear US size 9.5-10, and I already have one pair of Marc Jacobs in 10. But where those had plenty of wiggle room for the toes, these don't have hardly any. I’m not too worried, though, they'll probably stretch out nicely like the other ones. They are also a little narrow, as my feet are naturally wide, but not so narrow that it's uncomfortable. There’s also sliding room in the back of one shoe, so my advice is to buy the size that will fit your larger foot (if you have different sizes like me) and just buy a heel pad. All in all I love them and can't wait until I’m done breaking them in.

Cute but small -
These shoes are beautiful and look great with just about everything, but, the sizing is completely off; I had to return the first pair, which, in my normal size I couldn't even put on; but the second, a half size up was only marginally better. Looks like you need at least a full size or larger for the shoe to fit.

Too cute!
I’m a size "small" 5 (can't fit a 4.5 but barely making it to a size 5) and a 5 fits perfectly! I recommend 1/2 size larger because it is narrow and your feet will swell up after a few hours of walking. The ankle straps come in handy because it holds your feet into place, and it's quite sexy!

The narrowest, cutest shoes you'll never be able to fit in.
I'd give my Stam bag if I could find these shoes in the elusive size 40.5. I normally wear a 9.5, but Marc Jacobs runs small and I generally wear a 40 in Marc Jacobs collection and a 40.5 in Marc by Marc Jacobs. These were so incredibly narrow that the 40.5 seemed too tight. I sent away for a 41, and when they arrived, they were still too narrow, and laughably too long for my feet. I figured I'd go back to my regular size and stretch the width.
Pity the 40.5 was sold out nationwide by then.
It's an exceedingly cute style in great colors, perfect to pair with the concrete, smoke and drab colors that are de rigeur this fall. If only they existed in my size, or in a normal width.

If You Are Looking for a Perfect Black Shoe of the Moment -
I absolutely LOVE my new Marc by Marc Jacobs shoes!!! In my opinion, they are universal – you could dress them up or wear casually. The shape is perfect - very elegant! Talking about size and width, I believe they feel a little narrow, but as I started wearing them, they stretched a little.
