Your company is great! I had been looking for these flip flops but could not find them even on the manufacturer\\\'s website. Not only did I find them on your website but you had a special so I got a second pair. No sales tax (our sales tax is killer) and free shipping and they arrived so quickly I didn\\\'t even have time to wait for them. You are the BEST!

First time Zappos shopper. Love Reef flips and found a them at a great price on Zappos. Sadly, they arrived and I realized that I wear a 9 1/2 and ordered a 9. The 9s fit but the 9 1/2 would've been better. Still love them and they wear like a dream. Will keep them, but know that they run just a touch small.

I absolutely love Reef sandals. They are super comfortable and super supportive. They are by far my favorite flip flop. I have been wearing the Sandy style for years. I usually wear a size 7.5 or 8 and order these in the 7. The 8 is a bit too big.

I love my sandals from Zappos.com! I can't believe I got two pairs for the price of one. Reefs are my favorite sandals and I got them really fast online.

Both pair are super comfortable. I love that I was able to get a black and brown pair. The first pair I ordered were a little too small so I returned them in a larger size and they are perfect. Zappos had super fast delivery for both orders and the exchange could not have been easier!

I'm so happy with my Reef flip flops! They are so super comfortable. I wear them all the time! I just wish I had more time with them since it's starting to get chilly out. I even wore them on an all day excursion in the city, walked everywhere! My 8 1/2 year old daughter keeps stealing them, though. Luckily, the price is right. I'll be getting her her own pair.

I love these Reef flip flops. They are very comfortable and I wear them everywhere. I do, however, suggest ordering a size bigger as they seem to run a whole size smaller. I had to return mine for a larger size. I wear an 8 1/2 and the 9 is a little snug; nothing wearing them for one day didn't fix.

The Reefs I buy are always wonderful. They are well made, extremely comfortable, very high quality and withstand a lot of abuse. They're on my feet constantly when I'm not at work.

Usually buy Reef sandals at a department store, but they have a very small selection. Zappos has a huge selection. Good prices, same as what you would buy at a department store. Delivery service is awesome. I have purchased Uggs, Reef sandals and boots from Zappos (even for my child). Great place to shop.

These flip flops are great. They are durable, comfortable and good quality. I normally wear a size 8 1/2 but ordered a size 8 and they fit perfect. I also have the blue/white which are very cute.

These are by far the most comfortable flip flops ever. I am a huge Reef fan and have been wearing them forever but these are the best yet. I bought an 8 and I'm an 8 1/2. They fit fine but no room left. Extremely comfortable. I live in them!

Not as comfy as hoped. I ordered these to replace a pair of Reefs I got years ago. Those were incredibly soft and comfy. These, not so much. The soles are much firmer than I remember, but hopefully they will conform to the shape of my foot if I wear them long enough. Until then, my feet will be sore from wearing them for more than a few minutes at a time.

I love Reefs! These are so comfortable. Soft soles, and the strap between the toes never bothers me. Would recommend to anyone. Also, Zappos ships so fast.

Reefs are extremely comfortable! I can walk all day in them and my feet are fine. If you are a half size, round up! I\'m a 7.5... tried a 7 and it was too small, tried an 8, and it was perfect.

Love these flip-flops...so comfortable. Not a hint of blisters or foot fatigue, even after hours on my feet. My only complaints: The webbing dries slowly, and the bottoms don\'t have much traction against slipping. Not huge issues. Otherwise, the perfect casual flip-flops!

Got these for the girlfriend, because I hated the ones she was wearing, they had no support/cushion at all. She loves these reefs! Says it\'s like walking on air, and her feet don\'t hurt any more (go figure).

I am enjoying my new flip flops all summer. They are comfortable and practical. I felt the sizing ran smaller than normal, but after a second order I received the right size. The colors go with just about anything and are worth the money. I was very pleased with Zappos service and plan to order shoes here again.

The most perfect flip flop. Great height of sole, comfortable betwixed my toes, non staining on my feet after hours of wearing. I LOVE THEM!!!\r\nThe lighter ones match my skin color, so a little tan on my feet looks like much more! Very Flattering!

Love these flip flops! They are worth the money. The only thing I would warn anyone about is if you have a wide foot (like I do), it takes a couple of days for the straps to stretch. The more broken in these shoes get the better they feel.

I absolutely love these and have been living in them all summer! The style and comfort are impeccable and I have received so many compliments on my Reef\'s! Only draw-back is they run a little small so order the next size up and it will be true-to-size! Have fun!

I have always received my orders within 3 days. I love the free shipping and easy return policy but I do hate that the credit takes several weeks to process, but the prices and excellent delivery time more than makes up for the slow credit.

I love these flip flops. These were probably my 5th and 6th pair, they changed them a little this year, and mine actually have come unsewed a little in one place, but nothing I can't fix. Love them; will definitely buy them again.

Love them! They are so comfortable and go with everything for your casual summer day. Look good with jeans, short and casual skirts. I almost only got the black, but found myself wearing the brown quite often.

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it!
