Way too large!
I ordered these shoes in an 11. I have been trying on a lot of shoes in the last month and I wear an 11. These were a full size too large and I had to order 10s.

Looks nicer than they feel -
As soon as I put them on they hurt my toes. They are definitely not true to fit, and are really stiff.

Nice reception shoe, if they fit...
I needed flats for my wedding, and these simple ballet flats would have been perfect except they were so uncomfortable! I didn't think they ran big at all; in fact they kind of pinched my toes. They also don't have padding in the footbed, and I'm not sure they're big enough to accommodate inserts. I love Zappos, though!

This really SLIPS!
I ordered this in a 6M because they didn't have it in a 6 wide. I tried it on, and the shoe was not only too long, but it was slipping off my foot when I walked. These felt more like a 7! I would've tried a 5.5, but Zappos doesn't have it in that size. These shoes run very big!

Gorgeous, but painful -
The toe narrows so quickly it totally pinches my big toe. It's so beautiful looking, but there is no way I could wear that for more than 5 minutes without my toes being in a lot of pain.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Me Too Nevada Nappa is far more comfortable but more of a cream not a pretty white color.

Too big -
I ordered a smaller size based on others' recommendations but not small enough. These things run really too big.

Pretty wedding shoe -
I ordered this shoe for my wedding. It looked really nice when it arrived - I was pleasantly surprised as I didn't love them online, but I needed a flat since I am tall and otherwise my dress would be too short. The satin is very pretty and the bow looks nice. The brown sole isn't as noticeable at I thought it would be - it doesn't stand out at all when you have them on. My only complaint is that they were a little big - I ordered a size 10 and I NEVER wear smaller than that. However, the shoes were quite big. I decided not to exchange them for time reasons, but I think a half size smaller would have probably fit better.
