Best socks I ever had! Your most favorite pair of shoes takes comfort to a new higher level, not just by the sock\'s protective cushion effect, but by the sock\'s moisture wick effect too. \r\n\r\nWell worth the price!

I like a lot of cushioning with my socks, and these socks are fantastic! You get a great cushion for running and aerobics, but the socks are also very breathable and do not get soggy even after extended workouts. You cannot go wrong with these. Best socks ever!!!

I have never bought padded socks before, but, since I moved to a cold climate, I have been wearing boots very often. These socks are ideal for boots - they're lightly padded but not too puffy. I walk to work and then I am on my feet throughout the day, and these socks are simply great.

First of all, many reviewers are reviewing these shoes as if they are "training shoes" or "casual shoes”. They are neither... this shoe is a spikeless cross country racing shoe. It is designed to provide traction on grass courses, not to be comfortable on road runs or to "look cool". In the area that they are intended to be used, they’re excellent shoes. Fairly light (all shoes in this category are) and provide expected traction for a spike less racing flat. Long story short... great for the dry days, not so much for the wet ones.

Great socks -
These socks aren't quite as heavy as the Thorlos walking socks but they still have enough extra cushion to make them very comfortable.

Great Socks for narrow to slim size feet!
While a bit pricey for socks, the cushion and support they provide are well worth it. Definitely add a 1/2 inch to your shoe size.

These are the greatest socks for running and adding extra cushion in the heel and toe. No blisters for me. Going to order another set of 3 pairs.

BEST socks ever worn! Worth the price!
If you are on your feet all day, this is the only sock you will ever need. This is the same sock issued to the TSA security screeners (I worked a contract job for TSA), and also the USPS letter carriers (per my neighborhood mailman). Also buy Rockport WT (World Traveler) athletic style shoes, and with the two together you will forget you have shoes on, even after a long day standing on cement floors! Well worth the price. I have been buying them for 5 years.

No better sock -
It's not so much the shoe that makes the difference as to whether or not your feet are happy, but it’s definitely the sock!
I have been wearing Thorlo’s for about 5 years. They keep your feet at the right temperature and wick away that sweat! My husband now wears them to work at the hospital and loves them. My dad has bad feet from being on chemotherapy and these are the only sock he will wear now. Highly recommended!

 |  | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it!
