My 9 year old son picked them out on the internet. We could not find his size in any shoe store, and he did not want ladies boots! He states the boots are very comfortable. Just don't let your cowboy slide around on your floor in excitement of cool boots! They did leave black scuff marks the first day on our floor, but now that they are broken in they do not leave any scuff marks. One more plus: I did not have to hem his new jeans like I did when he was wearing tennis shoes. I will buy another pair when he outgrows these!

My first pair of cowboy boots and they are fantastic! They look great and are incredibly comfortable. Had a size problem with the first pair I purchased but the team at ZAPPOS was amazing and sent out a new pair even before they got the old ones back....and they sent them overnight. I love ZAPPOS and have been a satisfied customer for many years. Keep up the good work, you guys rock!

The Justin boots look and feel good, but they are not really made for (urban) walking: they basically fall apart after seven months. Trust me, I tried it twice: In both cases there were holes in the soles and the stiching was disintegrating.Two pairs in 14 months, they must me made of very low quality leather.

Practically Perfect -
I was looking for a sturdy, low-heeled boot to wear when riding my motorcycle, and didn't want to go with the rather stereotypical engineer or "Harness" boots. I usually wear a 9 1/2 in western boots, and, based on the other ratings, ordered these in a 9. They fit perfectly, and need virtually no breaking in. Classic (and low-key) look, comfortable, and well made-- in all, an excellent product so far.

My first boot ever. I went dancing with almost no break in and didn't have any problems. I normally run in a size 8 shoe but going off of other recommendations got a size 7, which seem to fit just right. I like the nice simple look and the leather sole (for dancing).

I purchased these boots hoping they would be comfortable to wear all day at work, I’m on my feet 9hrs, and they were very comfortable right out of the box, no break in period easy on and off, they look great with jeans, very happy with this purchase well worth the price.

I found these boots somewhat difficult to get on but once on, they fit well and are comfortable. This difficulty may be due to my high instep. I have large calves which are not an issue with this shorter boot. These are nice looking boots and fit my wishes for a plainer style.

My husband loves these boots. He said there was no break in period with these. He wore them hunting for about six hours and felt like they were old friends. True to size 9 1/2 W. Nice looking too.

Bought these for my husband, so I'm speaking for him...HE'S SO SORRY HE DIDN'T BUY A PAIR OF THESE YEARS AGO....he's in the process of breaking them in, but he's not complaining because after only about a week of wear they're already a comfortable fit..he wears them to the office, walking the dog, and 'out back' cutting down trees...all purpose...great boot.

Very pleased with these boots! Ordered them Sunday night from Zappos and had them Monday evening on my doorstep. They do run a little big. I usually wear an 11.5 or 12 in other brands, so after reading the other reviews I decided to order 11's and they fit snug like gloves. I have narrow feet anyway so the D width fit perfect. Hopefully these guys will last a good many years because I love them!

Justin 3408 Review -
I purchased these boots for my college-aged son for Christmas. He is very pleased with the whole boot- color, fit, and look! He did wear one size smaller size than his usual size, and I think the width is somewhat narrow, so the EE width is what we ordered. Zappos also should be praised for providing us with the best customer service I have ever experienced!

Sized larger than expected -
This is great looking boot. I bought it for my husband who normally wears a size 12, but it was much larger than a normal 12. Zappos is so great and exchanged it for another size. We ended up getting a 10.5, but he could have probably worn an 11. He loves the boot and it looks great with jeans!

Fantastic Boot!!!!
I purchased these as a replacement for a boot I was unhappy with...these are AWSOME! Fit wise, the width IS a bit tight, (and I purchased a wide width...EEE) but it is stretching as good quality boots do. The boot looks great casual and at work in the office...LOVE THEM!!!!

I have had several pairs of these boots; they last on average 3.5 years wearing them all of the time, doing farm work, riding, etc. With me, they ran a half size large, they are extremely comfortable, breathe well, don't really want to take them off. I would caution prospective buyers about the leather outsole, very slippery on wet surfaces. I believe Justin offers this boot in composite soles which have better traction. With the last pair, I had them 4 years, replaced soles twice and some of the stitching needed repair. The lowers have broken out on the sides; I still wear them now and then. Great boots.

Justin Roper Boots -
These boots are just what I wanted! Good price, fit, and looks. I found that I wear a half size smaller than my normal size. I'm about to condition my boots with Bickmore (Apache creme oil restorer) which should protect the leather. I guess in a perfect world I would have the heel and sole brown and not black, but that would be a small complaint. I highly recommend this boot.

Good value and good looking -
First time I tried a roper style boot and they are much more comfortable than the higher heel, narrow toe cowboy boots that I have bought in the past. I have a high instep and it took choosing between 3 sizes to find one that worked. The size 11 worked best and I usually would wear a 10 to 10.5 in a shoe or boot. They are still a little hard to get on due to the high instep issue, but once on they are comfortable and look good.

I originally ordered the regular width, but I couldn't even get my foot in it. Once I got the wider size they fit great. As always Zappos had them to my house the day after I ordered them. Great service and a great boot.

Great boots! I ordered them at 7pm one night and they arrived before noon the next day! I have a fat foot so it's difficult sliding them on and off, but when they are on they are very comfortable!

Boots like this are so hard to find…so I ordered a pair via the internet. These boots are extremely comfortable, although the US felt on the large size and an 11.5 would have fit me better. Great comfort and no "breaking-in" needed. These boots look great with boot-cut jeans. Thoroughly recommended.

I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
