Great value! Takes a few days to break them in, but the best dress shoes for the price. Leather also looks a bit like plastic at first, but after a little wear, they look great.

Excellent Zappos service. These GB are very stylish and comfortable. The judgment is still out regarding quality and reliability. These are my first pair of GB in 20 plus years. The quality does not appear to be as good as that of the past, but the stylish look is definitely on par if not better.

I've bought these once before about a year ago, and bought them again this year, one pair in each color (black and brown). I felt that they were really comfortable compared with some shoes, and that they are a VERY affordable shoe for business formal attire. I also wear them sometimes with nicer jeans so they can be a bit versatile with some outfits. I did have the heels wear down a bit after bit more than 6 months, but I wore them a LOT first time around

Giorgio Brutini offers great style for the price. My husband needed new dress shoes so I bought him 2 pair from this company. He liked them so much he kept both. He hasn't worn them long enough to say how sturdy they are... but they appear well-made and the style is as good as or better than more expensive brands. Good value for the $$.

Stylish and Comfortable -
Very stylish, can be worn with any attire from denim to a suit. Holds a great shine. At first the shoe may feel a bit uncomfortable, but after a brief break-in period, it's very comfortable. I do a lot of walking via my commute in Manhattan and wearing these ensures no need for wearing a pair of sneakers in. The shoe wears very well (this is my second pair). My first pair is 1 year old and still looks great.

Excellent pair!
These were very comfortable. Despite the mixed reviews about this item's shoe size, I found that my regular dress shoe size (length and width) was the same as this pair. You could downsize it by 1/2 a shoe size, but the toes would feel pinched as you continue walking.

Look great, but smelled terrible -
These were a great looking pair of shoes, and they were comfortable. But because the shoe has limited natural materials (if any) they smelled terribly. My pair outgassed an awful plastic smell that I assumed would go away after several wearings. It never did and I finally threw them away.

Good shoe, great price -
I bought the brown ones and I am very pleased. I bought this shoe because I needed something besides my Vans slip-ons. I like them so much that I am buying the black pair, too. The toe is squared off, so there is some extra room in the front, but I knew that. If you plan on doing a lot of walking or walking on uneven surfaces, like cobblestone, be sure to wear a thick pair of socks. They can be a little uncomfortable after walking several kilometers.

Good looking but a little awkward -
It’s a quality shoe. My only problem with it is the fit. The style of the shoe makes it feel a little too roomy at the toe, so a little more tightness around the rest of the shoe would be appreciated.

Nice looking shoe -
I bought these for a wedding, needing a new pair of dress shoes, but I plan to wear them more often than formal events. They are very modern looking, with a square toe in the front and slight heel in the back. Comfort is okay and will hopefully improve as they are broken in. As for the leather, it is quite shiny and would not be described as a matte black.

Bring your own cushion inserts for the shoe if you are planning on standing or walking much in it. The rubber on the sole is just to protect the leather; there's no intent to provide any comfort from the road.

Great shoes for the money -
These shoes required very little break-in time and are as comfortable as a dress shoe can be (apart from notable exceptions such as Rockport). They look great and even smell great - there is a very distinctive smell (not foot smell) that comes from these shoes. My only complaint is that it is very easy to scuff the leather up around the toe area. However it's nothing that some shoe polish won't fix up.

The shoes look great and are rather comfortable as well. If you want to stand out from the rest, look good, this is the shoe and they are inexpensive.

These are great shoes for a great price. I would 100% recommend them. I think that you probably need to get a 1/2 of a size bigger then you normally wear.

This shoe looks really good, but it’s really long. It’s about 2 inches longer than I usually wear and the toe is pointed up which is kinda weird and if you’re not so tall, it will look like you’re wearing clown shoes. Not the safest shoe, felt ok though.

Great for the price -
These shoes are great for the money. I’m not sure what more to expect for fifty dollars. I truly love the look of them. Not bad on comfort. My only complaint would have to be this. Around the top on the back snags my socks when I take the shoes off. Yes, granted I wear a nylon sock with these shoes, but that area could be smoother or softer to prevent this from happening further.

Slightly disappointed -
These shoes are both larger and wider than what is a usual 12 to me. Compared to other pointy toe loafers, these are a big longer. I'm satisfied with the look of the shoe, but if I had tried them on at a store I wouldn't have purchased them. I should have returned them but I've already worn them outside.

Good attention getters, not so durable -
I bought two pairs of these (one brown, one black). I get lots of comments on these shoes; they look really good with pretty much anything other than jeans. They are also fairly comfortable. With a pair of gel insoles, they feel great. The problem with them is that they don't hold up very well. I've had them about a year now - the heels are worn and each shoe has a hole under where the ball of my foot is. I'm pretty rough on shoes, but I have pairs that are 3 and 4 years old that aren't this worn out. I guess you get what you pay for with these... a pretty exterior, but not much substance.

Good Shoes for a Picky Guy -
An excellent purchase for the price. Comfortable however requires a small amount of "break-in". Very slippery, so not great cold weather shoes. Great look - definitely get noticed. Look more expensive then they are. Overall I would definitely buy these again.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
