First time customer with Zappos. Did you send these out on a rocket ship? Received them in two days, flat! Great service! These shoes are sharp! Wow! Trendy-look, and incredible with jeans! You will get noticed! They seemed a bit awkward at first try-on. But I expected that, as this style is unique in its extra length. Not sure if 1/2 size smaller would have been the way to go? Maybe not, as it might be trickier to put them on and could have slight discomfort in toe width area, as this style seems to taper in at the sides. For me, normal size should work well. I find them to be comfortable. How could you beat the price for this much attention?! Love 'em! Thanks Zappos! Buying shoes through your website is so much easier than making a few frustrating trips to stores which I always do to find the right shoes. I am a customer for life! Thank you!

I spent way too much time on the first dozen pages looking for stylish new boots for this fall. And I am so surprised and satisfied that these boots were hundreds of dollars less than others I had seen, but just the correct shape I was looking for. A great buy!

I bought this shoe and it totally lived up to what was presented on the Zappos website. Unbeatable price, great product delivered within days-for free! And best of all, I was pleasantly surprised when my delivery was upgraded to express delivery as thank you for shopping with Zappos! The reviews I read were very helpful and true. This shoe is great, it is true to it's size and width and the style is very European. So if you are looking for some comfortable shoes at a low price but still want to look stylish, get the Giorgio Brutini 15911.

This shoe is very stylish and comfortable once you get it on. The band is kind of tight. Probably from being new other wise I like it. I have to use a shoe horn to get them on still I'm HAPPY. THANKS ZAPPOS.

Buying a second pair -
Great shoes. Got a lot of compliments on them. The heel wore out after using them for a year or so. I considered re-soling them at the shoe repair store because the upper was still perfect, but at this price, I decided to just buy another pair and toss the old ones. BTW, I cut the annoying leather loop on the back of the shoes because it kept catching my pant cuffs.

Hot! Sleek and sexy design similar to what you might see at Aldo. Yes, they have the odor of a new car, but that will go away and hey, who doesn't love the smell of a new car? Service from Zappos was fantastic...they upgraded my shipping free of charge! Great price! I'm thrilled! And the brown are beautiful also.

I am a woman and I have tried to find this type of shoe everywhere for women. I finally looked through the men’s shoes and found this pair. They are absolutely everything that I have been looking for. I wanted a black ankle boot, small heel, but very fashionable. The shoes do smell a little funny, but that is just the newness of the materials used and it will fade with wear. I like the masculine look of the shoes with a nice pair of jeans. I recommend this shoe to men and women. I am usually a size 9 in women and I ordered a size 7 1/2 in men and they fit perfect. I will be ordering these shoes in the brown color as well. Good look great fit -
These shoes were picked by my stylist for a photo shoot. They looked like they might be too tight, but actually slipped on easy, and my feet did not feel squished at all. I wore them for a few hours the first day, and they really did feel comfortable. You would have to have really long clown feet to fill these babies out right to the tip of the toe- but the extra room is fine.

Excellent shoes, comfort is superb, but what is that smell!! Had to put the shoes outdoors for a while to get rid of the smell somewhat.
But all in all, this is really comfortable.

You'll get noticed...BUT not for the right reason.
I bought the Giorgio Brutini 15911 b/c I like shoes that get noticed. When I tried them on for the first time, my wife definitely noticed them BEFORE she even walked into the room. The new shoes had an overwhelming burnt order that shrouded the room. I had read other feedback about the odor, but thought it wouldn't be that bad. It was. The shoes felt a 1/2 size too large and the leather wasn't the highest quality. I could’ve dealt with these issues b/c the style and price was good, but I could not get past the smell. I had to return them.

Durable, fashionable everyday shoe -
This is my second pair of these shoes, and I like them a lot. They are great as an everyday shoe. They look fashion forward, yet have a durable rubber sole with a leather-look finish that is far more forgiving on feet than the typical hard leather sole of designer shoes tends to be. In the end you do get what you pay for. The leather is not the highest quality. My last pair started cracking at the heel, but that was after two (2) years of nearly everyday wear. Overall, the shoe is a great value, especially for such a fashionable shoe.

And I don't normally use teen-age expressions, but all I can say is OMG!!!!!!!!!!!! You rock!!!!!!!!!! Last week, I ordered shoes, and received one pair the very next day. The other shoes came the day after that. Sadly, none of them fit, and I had to return them all. Yesterday, I notified you of the return, printed out my FREE return shipping labels, and ordered one style in a different size. Today, I returned the shoes at a UPS store, and by the time I had returned home, my new shoes were on my doorstep! How do you do it? Is it a unique connection in the time/space continuum between your warehouse and Texas? However you do it, I am so impressed, and will tell all my friends about your wonderful, amazing service.
