Great looking bag. I'm small 5'3" and this bag was way too big for me. So I had to return it.

Awesome Bag -
I just received this bag today for my birthday; I got the khaki one after reading reviews of the black dye rubbing off. It was a bit bigger than I thought, but since I didn't use a ruler to figure out the length, I wasn't too pressed about that. This bag is going to serve as my purse, and holds all of my items, personal electronics, etc., perfectly, as said in the description. The strap is wide enough, and it doesn't slip from it's position at all. I LOVE it!

Dye comes off on hands -
I love everything about this bag except that I had to return the first one I bought because the "Charcoal" (black) dye came off on my fingers; I was worried about what might happen in the rain or snow so thought I'd better explore ways to make it colorfast. I emailed Zappos to see if they could suggest a method to do this, and they wonderfully offered to make an exchange with the assumption that this one bag was defective. I received my second bag, but the dye still comes off on my fingers, primarily when I put my hands in the various pockets. I really love the bag otherwise, and prefer the Charcoal over the other colors but I just don't know how smart it is to purchase a "bleeding" from which the color comes off even in dry circumstances...especially at the price that Triple 5 Soul gets for its bags. If anyone has had a similar experience and can suggest a way (some kind of spray, perhaps?) to make this bag colorfast, I'd really appreciate it. Otherwise, I'm going to have to either return the bag or exchange the Charcoal for another color which I'd rather not do.

Looks good but not so comfortable.
This bag is almost perfect. I have enough space to carry my Mac book, 1 inch binder, pens, and other personal stuff! The only problem I had was with the strap. For some reason it won’t stay at the length that I want it to be. It just keeps readjusting itself to the longest length. Once I put it on I can't move otherwise I'll have to fix it all over again. I always get good compliments on it though!

I am so pleased with the service I just received. Your staff has to be the best asset of your entire business. I had a size problem with a style NB makes and the representative was so kind and helpful. You took back the shoes even after I wore them one part of the day. I was given full credit and the replacement shoes are on the way. Zappos you’re the best. Praises to your staff. You will keep me coming back with good PR to my friends.
