Keen Malibu -- cute and comfortable, but it is not for me. Normally I wear size 6.5 or 7, but for this, I tried both size 7 and 7.5, my toes could not move. What a shame I could not keep this cute shoe. Thanks Zappos super service, I love you!

These shoes are very comfortable in my actual size and width. I do not wear them with socks. I think if you want to wear socks, you should order a size up. I tried this brand because my feet were hurting a lot after a full day of activities, even if I was wearing sport socks and New Balance athletic shoes. These shoes are more comfortable than that! I would highly recommend them for comfort. I do also get compliments on them.

Comfortable & Stylish.
I love this shoe. It is comfortable for hiking, walking, and even (for me) short-distance running (~3 miles at a time). We recently went to Puerto Rico for 8 days and, not wanting to bring two pairs of 'athletic shoes', I opted for these as the only ones. I hiked the rain forest and also exercised every day in them. While I wouldn't run in them all of the time, they served the purpose well for vacation. And, they are cute as casual shoes as well. You can't beat them -- I am now considering what color to buy next!

Based on past customer reviews, I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear. They are too big. Unfortunately I have to return them and am not fond of the colors in my normal size. I have two other styles of Keens, both Mary Janes and I love them. Fantastic shoe, both in my normal size and fit excellent.

I was so excited when I got the shoes, but I have to say I'm a bit disappointed with this Keen. I don't think these will end up in my favorites rotation. Unfortunately, I can't return them because the delivery man left the package sitting in a puddle of water and the shoe box was destroyed. As with most Keens, it's probably wise to order a 1/2 size larger than your normal size. Here are the cons: 1. They're quite loose in the heel. 2. The insole is sticky without socks, but too slippery with them. 3. Minimal arch support. I'll definitely replace the Keen inserts with my own. Here are the pros:
1. They're comfortable for schlepping around in. 2. Super cute design.

I have lymphedema in my left foot - so it's really swollen and gets larger as I heat up. This shoe has major cushion for sidewalks or back woods, and your foot keeps cool. With the stretchy straps across the top, the shoe can expand in width as I need it too. I get tons of compliments, now I have almost every color!!! But for every keen, if you wish to wear socks sometimes, go for 1/2 size larger.

Great Walking Shoes -
I love these shoes! They are extremely comfortable and stable for walking. I had a friend recommend buying one size up. That was very good advice. They fit perfectly. I have found that adding the small shoe-liner type socks make them even more comfortable.

LOVE these shoes.
I actually have two pair -- one in red and one in blue.
I hiked in them brand new and they were awesome. I don't know about calling them a running shoe, though. I'm not sure they are snug enough to run in.

Funky, fun, funtastic -
Great shoes. Comfortable and absolutely adorable. However, they feel about half a size smaller so you may want to take that into account when ordering.

Great Appeal -
I love my Keen Malibu. I have problems with my feet and some of the newer Keens haven't felt comfortable because of that. My first pair of these has been comfortable right out of the box and through months of wear. I ordered a second pair several months later and these seem to run small. I have many Keens as well as other shoes, but when I wear the Malibu, people stop me to ask where I got them. That doesn't happen with any other shoe.

I bought the turquoise pair and the color is wonderful. The shoe is a bit clunkier than it appears in the photograph. It is a pretty comfortable shoe.

I love Keen shoes!
I am on my feet all day long. I discovered Keen shoes about three months ago when I noticed someone else wearing them. She seemed so comfortable and my feet were aching. So I asked her about her shoes, and she said they were Keen.
I came home and immediately went online to find them (I live in a small mountain town-so not much shopping here). Zappos.com had them. I ordered a pair, and since then have ordered four more Keen shoes and styles. I am a loyal customer to Zappos.com and Keen. Thank you.

Great Shoe!
I bought these this past December and I am very very pleased. I purchased them to be my 'around town' shoes. All of my friends think that they are so cute! I wore them with jeans to work on casual Friday and even the men in my department stopped to tell me how much they liked my red shoes! One co-worker wanted the name and style so he could buy his wife a pair. These shoes are so comfortable too - you don't even realize you are wearing anything - I forget to take them off once I am in the house! Great Shoe!

Six stars for comfort!
This is the most comfortable work shoe I have ever owned!! I work 12 hour shifts and am on my feet the whole time, and these are the first shoe I don't want to cut off at the end of the shift. These shoes have been comfortable from day one, and EVERYONE comments on how cute they are. I am ready to order one in every color! I keep the straps as loose as they go, so I have never had problems with them coming loose or loosing their stretch. I absolutely have zero complaints about this shoe!

True- VERY STINKY!
It's true! These make my feet so stinky; they almost knocked me out when I took them off! I have been wearing them for about 3 months now and I HAVE to machine wash these shoes at least once a week otherwise my entire house smells. I don't usually have foot odor problems.
It's also true that the back of the shoes are too high and rub the Achilles tendon- it is painful!
Other than that, it's stylish and pretty comfortable to walk around in.

Great but for the straps -
The shoe itself is so comfortable from day one; everyone comments on my cute red shoes at work! The only tiny complaint is the straps lose their elasticity and while walking around Italy I'd have to bend over and tighten them about every hour. If the straps weren't snug, my foot would slip around too much.

Keens are great!
This is my 3rd pair of Keens and I am very pleased. I wear a true size 7 and ordered a size 7 and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable and I really like the stylish sporty look without having to wear an athletic shoe. Looks great with jeans. Would definitely recommend! Great shoes and great service! I love that I ordered them at night and they were on my doorstep the next morning!

I LOVE my Keen Malibu’s. They are so comfortable and look great with a denim skirt, shorts or jeans, and are convenient to slip into. The great arch and sole support really helps if you have any foot issues.

Comfy but smelly -
I have had these for a few months now. They are really comfy. Bulky like other Keens, so more functional than stylish. The problem I have recently noticed is that they are smelly. I am not sure how or if the insoles can be washed. I don't usually have smelly feet, so don't know why these are smelly. Comfort-wise these are great, like other Keens I own.

LOVE love LOVE this shoe!
I get compliments on these shoes pretty much every time I wear them. They are super comfortable and cute. I actually have two pair, since it's so very hard for me to find shoes that fit me correctly. My foot is pretty wide, and I need lots of room in the toe area. Keens usually run wide, and also, the way these particular ones are cut leave plenty of toe room and high instep room. I highly recommend these. Great for casual wear, and even using at the gym. And finally, I can take the liner out of these shoes and put in my own orthotics when I want to. Hope this helps someone.

REAL CUTE!
I should have ordered at least a half size larger. I wear them without socks and then they fit ok. I don't think I'd wear them to work out; they wouldn't stay on very well, but I wore them out to a restaurant where I sing on the weekends with a dress and I think they looked ok. If I bought them again, I'd get a bigger size.

I have 4 pair of Keen Malibu’s and love the shoes. But when I started wearing the last pair I ordered, I began to have the problem addressed by several customers -the strap would not stay tightened! It was so aggravating to keep stopping to tighten those straps every 5 minutes or less. I went to a home improvement store and bought velcro in the black color and cut strips about 1 in. long and the width of the strap. I then placed it just past the buckle underneath the strap. No more slipping loose! And the strap can be easily undone. Just be sure to adjust the strap to the correct tightness before attaching the Velcro. Hope this helps. I loved these shoes so much that I refused to give them up without a fight! I ordered a half size larger to accommodate my Walkfit orthotics and they fit perfectly.

Ultra cushioned was the first thing I noticed.
Really sweet as far as that goes. They look odd-er than other Keens. Almost all of my shoes are Keens, so I am a huge fan. The heel is the downer on this one. It’s padded but its slightly tilted inward towards the heel. I don’t know what they were thinking. Does anyone ever try these before Keen releases them? They have some good ideas in a mary jane look with the feel of a running shoe. If you want a Keen mary jane try the Berkleys.
They rock. I have two pairs. Slide right into them and don’t want to take them off.

Very attractive, fashion colors, vegetarian, suitable for gym workouts, walking or general casual wear. The baby-doll straps make for convenient slip-on functionality, but they are definitely not as secure as a lace-up for any workouts you might do. They do not stay tight, will slip and need tightening regularly. Also the back of the shoe does come up a bit far on the heel/ankle and makes blisters if you don't wear a band aid and socks. Could be my own prominent Achilles tendon... Won't buy any more because of these issues.

 |  | Last evening I ordered some Sperry Top-Siders that I will need by next weekend. Everyone else I looked at would push my delivery date out to the end of next week, for a price that made me uncomfortable. I received an email during the night (I'm up at 3 am) that said my delivery method had been updated from a 3 business day order to "special priority processing." I also received an email saying that shipping had happened already at some earlier hour of the night. Now, I am totally blown away by the fact that I have already received the shoes...at 2:50pm this afternoon! I cannot thank you enough for this service and making me feel like my business was your most important of the day (or night?). Of course, I will recommend Zappos.com to anyone near me.
