The service by Zappos was good. The shoes shipped were the correct size and style. My other Bostonian Clinton shoe was manufactured in the USA. The shoes shipped were not. Not as comfortable and a harder leather was used. Disappointed in shoes, not Zappos.

These have been my favorite shoes for years. I am extremely happy with the look and the fit. Being a diabetic, it is very important that I wear the proper shoes. These are perfect for me.

I can do my best tango dancing with these shoes on.
As for the style, whenever the ladies in the ballroom look at it, they want to dance with me, even though I am still learning how to dance. I hate to exaggerate. Thank you. Best regards.

The shoe fit like a glove, narrow. Cushion, support and has a little arch.

Bought these for my husband who has wide Polynesian feet. Lucky they were available in the wide sizes. He says they are ten times more comfortable than the dress shoes he's had in the past.

I bought these for my 20 year old son. It's so difficult to find reasonably priced size 15s in any style, but these dress loafers are a fantastic value, and he loves them. And kudos to Zappos for their free rocket-fast delivery - we got these less than 24 hours after ordering - amazing!!

The shoe looks ok. The padding that is supposed to cushion your feet as you walk ends about 2/3 down the shoe. The ball of my foot feels like it is being bruised where the padding ends. In addition, the padding itself has already begun to peel off of the bottom of the shoe.

I like the leather sole and the cushion, and I definitely more than anything else enjoyed the fact that I had the opportunity to finally buy a narrow shoe with a high arch.

I need a narrow shoe in a slip-on or I would walk right out of it. The Clinton in narrow fits quite well, is lightweight, and looks good for business dress or casual. This is my second pair.

It is really tough finding a 6.5 shoe, no less a slip on that fits well. This one does thankfully and does it well. I like this shoe very much.

Zappo's Service -
I have ordered a number of shoes from Zappo's. They have all been delivered promptly and all were exactly as I had specified. A few were returned for reasons of fit - returns were handled without questions or delays.
A premium shoe store, incredible variety, and unmatched service. I wouldn't even look elsewhere for shoes, not even in my local community.

 |  | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it!
