Great Shoe For Wet Grass -
After my last NB shoe, which worked and felt great, I was pretty much set on getting another NB shoe. I play grass volleyball in a region with lots of rain late at night and dew in the mornings and where the parks often have stones and sprinklers and uneven surfaces. For these reasons, I needed a shoe that would provide traction, but without large solid cleats that may lead to ankle twisting if I step on a hard uneven object. This shoe was perfect for this. I had great traction, yet it felt as comfortable as any good running shoe. It also required no break in to feel comfortable. I highly recommend this shoe to people who need to run and jump on wet grass that is not necessarily kept nice and tailored.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: NB MB805 is a similar shoe as far as I can tell; MF1205 and MF825MK have similar nubbed soles.

Not what I expected from the reviews, MUCH narrower!
I am going to have to return these. I have bought several pairs of New Balance in my size, 14 or 15 4e, and have not had this problem yet. The 4e of the other ones I have bought may not have been quite as wide as I would have liked, but these, my foot is literally hanging over the inside edge of the sole by a large amount. It isn't just narrow, it seems almost NORMAL sized, even though the tag says 4e. If you have a truly large foot, I would recommend you consider another line of New Balance... maybe if you’re on the borderline, this isn't so bad. For me, I can't even consider wearing these.

Great lacrosse shoe -
They are great shoes for lacrosse on turf. They need a little while to break in and for the sole to mold a little but once they do they are very stable and comfortable with great grip. They have held up well over a half dozen or so games so far.

Nice shoe, but watch wide sizes -
Hard to find a shoe which is able to hold up to constant use but not too heavy, especially since I wear a 10.5 EEEE. I wear exclusively New Balance for multiple sports officiating because of this. This shoe feels less wide than the previous models I have worn, all of which have been Made in the USA. Jury is still out as to whether they will break in over time. It is a sharp looking shoe resembling the Adidas Samba in style. Less clunky than other New Balance styles. May have tried the New Balance 350\360 field shoes also. Plenty of arch support. Zappos delivered in 1 day.

I bought this shoe for a student of mine, and he loves it. For someone who wears a size 15 EEEE, it doesn't look huge. It's also stylish, and that meant a lot to a teenager!

I can wear these shoes all day. I use these playing softball, even jogging. They are the best artificial turf shoes I’ve bought by far!!!! Very happy.

Alternative golf shoe -
I purchased a pair of these about a year ago to play golf with. It's hard to find golf shoes in EEEE sizes that don't break the bank. I can say that after a year of golf they still have the little cleats and the traction is better than any golf shoe I have ever used. The shoes are a little worn and are looking sort of sad due to low to no maintenance. So I am getting a new pair and this time I will take care of them better. I'll just use the old ones on wet days (when everyone’s shoes look sorry after a round). I forgot to mention comfortable on first round and still comfortable after two or more rounds a week for over a year. Only thing I do not like is the HUGE bling, bling N on them. Thanks Zappos!

I play Division I lacrosse and was looking for a new turf shoe. I found this one to be very well made inside and out. Though quite comfortable, I felt that it was a little heavier than my last turf shoe. The fact that it comes in different widths was also very helpful for me.

Good shoe for Soccer Referee -
I am a soccer referee and suffer from plantar fasciitis. I referee High School during the week (2-3+ games) and club ball on the weekends (6+ games). These shoes provide adequate cushioning and support that allow me to keep going without pain or discomfort. I currently rotate two pair of these and I did remove the OEM insole and added a good quality after market insole to added additional support and cushioning (i.e. New Balance x-sole supportive cushion, Sof-sole Stable Trac). I did not think that I would like the synthetic leather however the synthetic adds a little weather proofing and makes for easier cleanup. The turf soles do provide adequate traction on vary surfaces and conditions.

It's a solid x-training shoe -
It's great on the street or in the gym. It's a low key shoe that skips the flash and instead provides a solid comfortable base for an active life.

I play soccer and have wide feet. Trying to find wide soccer shoes is a joke. As far as I can tell they are not available. These shoes work fine in dry conditions and come in wide widths. Very comfortable and good support. Not good in wet or muddy conditions though, and don't have good ball feel on the top of your foot. Much better than trying to cram my wide feet into narrow soccer shoes (no ball feel if you buy a larger size for wider feet).

Love them!
I bought these for my son. He is a football player and needed something versatile. This was it. They run on the track one day, practice in the basketball gym if it rains...you get the point. They were definitely true to size. He said they felt great on his feet. I think they looked great too.

The sneakers are working great for my husband who has been having a great deal of problems with his feet. The wide width allows him to have extra room in the shoe so that by the time he is on his feet all day and they swell, he is not getting corns on the little toes.
