Lasted 2 yrs of hard NYC use -
Jansport has a lifetime warranty (been great w. my other prod.) and made IN USA. In all fairness I overloaded this bag, slammed it over countless curbs, yanked it over puddles, and yanked it over curbs… so it served me pretty well. No reflective material.

Looks better than it actually is!
My daughter was initially pleased with this bag. However, over a short period of time, the bottom started to wear out - the fabric actually frayed! Also, she has problems with the handle, and often can't pull it all the way out, making it difficult and uncomfortable to pull.

Great looking bag -
My son had a Kipling which tore apart during the school year despite the high price. I am hoping this lasts longer. It is great looking, sturdy and my son loves it. It is very lightweight but wish it had a hard plastic bottom although it has feet on the end.
