Zappos is awesome! Wondeful selection, extremely prompt shipping, and superb customer support. I will NEVER buy my shoes from a department store again. Zappos is definitely the way to go and I have recommended them to everyone I know. These Clarks Touaregs are amazing, absolutely the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They take a couple of days to break in, but the quality is just amazing.

Bought the shoes for my husband because he needed a wide shoe. They are very comfortable and he likes wearing them. I would recommend. Love Zappos because of variety of styles, sizes, and widths.

I was taking a chance buying shoes online, without trying them on, mispronouncing their name, but I have yet to regret it. Although I'm not sure if the Berbers of the Sahara trek about those desert dunes in these fine leather soles, but I would! I needed to replace a pair of non-replaceable Clarks and Zappos was the ideal store for me. With jeans or khakis these classy-gentlemen's best-friend-for-your-feet have worked with comfort and competency in both rain and sun.

I just ordered the Touareg; the second pair of Clarks I own, and these shoes are great! They are great with a pair of jeans and a nice shirt, looks casually classy but not too dressy. The shoes are lightweight, wide base and stable, and very comfortable. I am convinced that Clarks are the most comfortable shoes ever made. I am sold for life. My first pair are brown Gore-Tex lined ankle boot and still look great. My doctor even asked what kind of shoes I wear because they look high priced. Great shoes.

These shoes are great. The look classy, but not too dressy and they're very comfortable. Fine to wear with jeans, khakis or slacks. The two-tone color makes them unique and versatile.

Unwearable shoe. Normally I am a huge fan of Clarks, but these proved to be totally unwearable. They come up too high on the outside ankle and produced huge blisters. Wore them once and then had to toss them since I didn\'t keep my Zappos receipt.

Great shoes. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit and that are comfortable. I have sensitive feet and my heels bruise easily and standing for long times kills me. I have never worn the very expensive types of shoes for problem feet, but untill I can these shoes work great. I usualy wear a regular width but had to have the EE size with these and they fit great. The shoes are comfortable, but I purchased the "Green Feet" insoles with them and they work nicely. The soles are soft rubber and can squeek a little on tile floors at first but wear as you walk on cement some to where they won\'t squeek. Short break in time and they don\'t make any wierd wear lines in the leather either. Good shoe for the money and I would purchase the shoe again. The only reason I gave 4 stars for comfort is that even with the insoles, If I stand on hard floors for long periods of time, my feet still hurt. Though that is most likely from my personal disposition with my feet and not the shoe realy as these are some of the nicest shoes I have ever had.

I bought these shoes for my 15 year old son. He attends a school in NY and wears a uniform. According to him they are very comfortable and coming from a 15 year old I think that is good news. He also picked them out. Hope this info helps.

Clarks have always been known for good quality and service. I saw these at the mall and had to have them. They are good purpose shoes for the casual day and good for church. Unfortunately the mall was out of stock. So were many places. Now I know why they sell so quickly. They are very comfortable, good quality, extremely attractive, and all at a reasonable price. I would definitely buy these shoes again. And I would definitely buy from Zappos again.

The Clark Shoes reputation for quality and comfort is still intact. The Touareg model broke in quickly to form a reliable, well fitted support for long walks or standing in queue. It is an easy to clean shoe and polishes to a bright shine. The shoe looks heavy, almost cloddy. However, it still has become one of my favorite casual shoes.\r\n\r\n

I've had these shoes for over a year and they've worn wonderfully well. They're super comfortable and the venting does indeed help keep your feet cool (they're actually a little cold to wear in the winter). As usual, you need to size down for Clarks. I normally wear a 12 in dress shoes, and the 11 in these shoes fits well.

The Clarks Touareg in brown looks fantastic and has a slightly more rugged appearance than is apparent in photographs. I ordered a half-size down as advised by other reviewers, and the fit is good. However, the shoe makes my feet feel hot, and after a month the stiff collar still rubs my ankle, especially when walking on uneven surfaces, so thin socks won\'t do. The laces are a bit too long, but do stay tied. I\'ll reserve the Touareg for undemanding, cooler days.

Bought these for my husband for father's day. He wanted a shoe that could be worn to work or for a casual evening on the town and these fit the bill. Very comfortable and a beautiful rich dark brown. As always Zappos delivery is superior to any other website...ordered them in the afternoon and got them the next day - free shipping!! I tell everyone about Zappos. Awesome!

Clown shoes?
I bought these for my husband - we both thought they looked cool online, but when he tried them on, they looked a little too much like clown shoes with the vertical stripes. It is likely because he had a bigger size (11.5W) and they would probably look quite posh on someone with smaller/narrower feet.

Excellent shoes, I own a brown pair but had to have the black ones as they are a little more versatile. Spend 16 hours + per day in these shoes, Clarks are an excellent bargain and well made.

A nice shoe -
This shoe broke in quickly, and is well constructed. When it first arrived, I was a bit concerned that it would be too rigid and never really change its shape. But, after just a couple of times wearing the shoes, they are now very comfortable. The stitching, sole, and all other parts are substantial, and should hold up for quite some time. This is my first pair of Clarks, and I believe I've found another brand that really works well for me!

Great Shoes -
Comfortable enough to wear and walk all day. Casual enough to go nicely with a pair of jeans or khakis. Dressy enough to pair easily with a suit jacket and slacks. Built well, affordable, and they look good, too. Highly recommend the Tourareg.

Touareg... too hot to handle -
The fit and feel are nice. The look and style are as expected. However, the shoe does not breathe very well and is uncomfortable. After 4 hours, I found my feet hot and sweaty. I put in an insole that has helped some.

My feet are always hot when I wear these shoes which causes sweating. I like the looks of this shoe, but this makes them very uncomfortable.

Clarks Touareg is a great walking shoe -
A very comfortable shoe. It is great for touring, especially when in France, Italy, Spain, South America, etc., when you want to experience the full immersion into their culture. Most locals do not wear white athletic shoes/sneakers and if you wear them they know you are a tourist! Have a pair in brown and black. I think it will accommodate orthotics, but do not know for sure as I do not use them.
