Wider calves beware!
This boot is really cute and super roomy in the toe box. It's great for wider feet like mine. I had to return it though as I couldn't get it zipped up comfortably over my calves. I estimate that my calves are about 15 inches around where the top of the boot hits. Although the boot is cut to stretch at the top, it just didn't stretch enough to fit me. Bummer! Also, I agree with the other review that said that these boots are a little short to look right with skirts.

I love this boot!
I wear a size 11 and I ordered the 42. It fits great and is very comfortable.

Really comfortable pretty cool boot -
I was amazed at how comfortable this boot is. It is also a lot better looking than on the website as well as functional--and the suede is already waterproof, so you don't have to do anything to it. The reason I give it four stars for look is that it's not as trendy as I wish it could be. I got a 39 for a size nine, based on other reviews and trying the shoe on in the store as a 39.5. It totally fit, but truthfully I think it was a half size smaller than a nine. However in this boot there is ample room for the foot so if you are a small even size you can wear a half size smaller and still be comfortable, and benefit from the foot looking smaller. I thought the 39.5 made my foot look big and was a little wider than I liked on the calf. 39 is perfect. Pricey but a great shoe--like all the Taryn Rose styles!

Gorgeous Suede at a gorgeous price.
This is a beautiful boot. I find it hard to find a low heel boot that looks feminine. I take a size 8 and the 38 was great AND there was room for my orthodic. There is a roomy toe box and good heel support. Some people complain about the fast wear on the leather soles of Taryn Rose. I get non skid soles on all my shoes when they are brand new (even Taryn Rose) which makes them wear longer. I also found that these boots could have been an inch taller to look better with skirts. Even so, I will probably keep these because my foot is hard to fit and finding an attractive, comfortable boot is a challenge.

This is a wonderful boot and very comfortable. The suede is beautiful, and the style can be worn morning into night, business to out in the evening. I wear a size 8, and ordered the size 38 and it fit.

Lovely, wear with anything boot, both everyday and dressier. The fit this year is running true to size. In the past, one would need to size up a whole size, not this year. I do not know if the sizes have been adjusted to fit standard American sizing, but this year if you wear a 9.5, the 39.5 fits.

Love it!
After searching for a low-heel boot that had style and comfort, I've finally found it. I have tendonitis of the lower leg, and I can wear these boots without pain all day. Very comfortable and stable shoe. The sizing is on the small side--I wear a 9 in street shoes and took a 10 in this boot.

Once again Taryn Rose has hit a home run. The color is fabulous, comfort maximum and the look outstanding. I can’t wait until the weather cools off to wear these.
