I just want to compliment the Zappos team for the superb customer service I received recently. I recently attempted to return a pair of shoes for my daughter hoping to exchange them for a larger size. After a week of not hearing from Zappos regarding the status of my return, I called to check in to find out that they had no record of the return on their end. The gal I was speaking with (unfortunately I didn't get her name) offered to call UPS to locate my order. UPS also had no record of my order either. I was very frustrated and had no idea what happened to the shoes. She was so kind and reassuring that it was not a problem at all and would process the exchange any way! That was yesterday and today the shoes were on my front door step. Thank you. Jennifer F.
