To all at Zappos:
I had to write a note to say that this has been an amazing experience! Even though I needed to exchange my original order, as the shoes were slightly large, I was surprised when I talked to someone right away and not a machine! The woman (my hero) who handled my request was such a breath of fresh air! I expressed my concern about an event that I needed to wear the shoes to - I received my new pair the next day and was given a label to return the first pair - all with no extra shipping costs!
This just doesn't happen!! So often I am left trying to return an item and have it exchanged for the desired product. It can be such a hassle and waste of money in shipping and time. My girlfriends are always telling me that I should just go to the mall. Now I can finally say: forget the mall - I'm going to Zappos!
I am eagerly looking forward to many more purchases! Again you handled everything with grace and ease!!! I am so stunned/shocked and awed. I wish more online retailers followed such grace when assisting their customers.
