Comfort - I wanted the lighter color, but this shoe is very comfortable, so I will keep it. I have bad feet and many shoes hurt, but this is true to size. I have almost a square toe configuration, and this shoe does not pinch!!! I will not wear it until fall.

I loved this shoe so much that I ordered another pair in a different color. That color was not available in my size, but Zappos agreed to send me an email and let me know if they got it back in stock. They did just that and I was able to get my second pair.
I LOVE Zappos service. Although I know that Naturalizer’s are comfortable and usually fit me, I so appreciate that the company charges no shipping in or on returns. I have a very narrow and flat foot, so mules have to be cut just right to fit my foot. To be able to try them on and return them without charge means that I will continue buying from Zappos. And they gave me such good service; the shoes were here almost immediately. No other mail order shoe company can beat Zappos!

These shoes are cute, fine quality, but they hurt my foot on the bottom of my heel. They are not smooth like a clog, there is a lip about 1/2 inch high that sticks up in the back.

What great fitting shoe didn’t have to break it in at all fit like a glove, very comfortable shoe I highly recommend this shoe if you no longer can wear heels like me cause of knee problems, great with slacks jeans, or a dress or skirt had lots of compliments aloha Janet.

Talk about the WOW factor! I ordered these in a 10AAA and they were too long so I called them and did an exchange over the phone for a 9.5AAA. They arrived the next day and fit perfectly. I'm wearing these to bed!!! THANKS!

I found these shoes to be very comfortable. They are like wearing a pair of slippers. As always, Zappos is great! I have a large foot - size almost 13, so a size 12 doesn't always work for me. These are fine in a size 12.

Great walking shoe -
I agree with another reviewer- these shoes fit like a slipper right out of the box! I bought them for walking around NYC and they were perfect. The insides are very soft and cushiony; I spent hours in a museum very comfortably. Insides are a little slippery with socks on.

The shoes are great, very true to fit. Look very nice with dress pants and jeans. I also bought a pair for my daughter she loves them. We have very narrow feet and to find shoes that fit is great. I initially ordered one size and then went up to a more comfortable larger size. This is a great versatile shoe, great cushioning. The brown ones that I got are more of a light brown -- not tan, per se, but not a deep rich chocolate brown, either. Highly recommend them for casual kick-around shoes.

If you want instant comfort this is the shoe for you -
Wow you will be amazed at the fit the comfort as soon as I put them on they fit perfect no breaking in these are so comfy I can wear them all day and my feet are happy if you have feet that swell these are perfect . I have them in red and black would highly recommend these if you no longer can were heels like me, they are still dressy to wear with dress or skirt great with capris slacks try them you won't be sorry and your feet will thank -you for it.

I purchased the red ones, and the color is beautiful. When I first put them on, they were so comfortable. The inside is lined with a warm lining that feels so soft and comforting. The only uncomfortable thing is the back lip on the heel. As soon as I started walking around, I could feel the back lip and, it ultimately became more uncomfortable as I was walking. I would recommend that people make sure their shoe is the right size (maybe a half size larger) so that your heel doesn't hit the back lip.

Attractive on long narrow foot -
Like the shoe and would buy another pair. Only problem is I have the very light color and it shows marks and somewhat hard to clean. The buck is very soft but next pair will be in a little darker color. Great for airport travel.

This is a cute shoe, and it's comfortable too. Got to love a shoe that is professional enough to wear to work but comfortable enough to wear all day. I have trouble finding comfortable shoes but I LOVE these.

Naturalizer mules -
These are very nice-looking, comfortable shoes. I have a very high arch and these shoes offered really good arch support, which is rare in this style of shoe. I ordered this pair a half size smaller, and I'm glad I did because they fit; I was afraid my normal size 8 would be too long or loose, and they would have been.
