Great sunglasses -
I ordered these sunglasses for my husband for Father’s Day with only three days to get them. I got them the next day, and they are fantastic! Thanks Zappos, you haven't let me down yet!

I really like these glasses. They wrap around nicely and you can’t really tell they’re on. They also fit my large head. I get a lot of compliments on them. I would prob buy another pair if I lose or break them.

I really like these sun-glasses, and they were the only pair of decent aviators that I have found for under $100. My sister likes them so much that she asked to borrow them before I even had a chance to wear them. They get 4 thumbs up (2 from me and 2 from my sister).

Great glasses!
Look like law enforcement in these comfortable, stylish glasses. Very lightweight on the face. Perfect amount of darkening of the sun's rays. Not too light & not too dark. Way cool!

Sleek aviators -
Wraparound style gives these aviators a nice profile - and less light leaking around the edges. Also have enough grab to be good for golf: won't slip off your nose while you putt in 90 degrees. And you can stick 'em on your head.

Super cute aviators!
I wasn’t sure if these are for men or women, I guess they are unisex. But I like how the lenses aren’t too large or small, just right. I get a lot of compliments on them, overall just great glasses!!

They complement a shaved head well, and can transform you into an instant tuff guy. And they even fit my face/head (which is EXTREMELY large). I only wish they were polarized...

So nice I'll get them twice -
I have a big head so they fit my face. They are light but still feel sturdy. The curvature of the lenses keeps the sun from blinding you from the sides, which is a life saver for early morning hangovers. Sadly, I lost them in a drunken stupor one night, but thanks to Zappos, the aviator shaped hole in my heart will once again be filled with these spectacular shades. The only minor gripe I had with them was the case was too bulky, so I just used a bag case I had from another pair of less fulfilling glasses.

On April 29, 2008, I placed an order at Zappos.com. When I received an email confirmation, it indicated that my credit card was charged, but that I hadn't ordered any shoes. I called, was told there was a computer error, and was assured that it would be taken care of. Over the next hour or so, I received two more follow up telephone calls about my order. All of the customer service representatives were helpful and cheerful.
The order problem was quickly resolved. Although I didn't ask for or expect it, my shipping was upgraded to overnight at no cost to me. Today, less than 24 hours after my order was placed, my shoes arrived.
I just wanted to send an email to say thank you for the outstanding customer service! It seems that good customer service has faded away, particularly online. It was refreshing to have such a smooth resolution to an order problem.
Thanks again! I'll be recommending Zappos.com to all of my friends.
