I love these shoes.
Each morning I used to wake up and have terrible heel pain in my right foot (I'm guessing it was plantar fasciitis). I knew I needed shoes with good arch support...and I wanted them to be cute too. I purchased these Sofft shoes (never tried them before) and immediately I could tell these were wonderful shoes. The foot bed is soft and squishy but it also has the "all important" arch support that I was looking for. I can honestly say...I don't wake up with pain in my heel anymore and I'm attributing that to these shoes.
I should say...I have experienced a small amount of rubbing on my toes (just behind the nail of each big toe) but my feet have toughened up a bit in these spots and now I don't even notice it.
I would definitely recommend buying Sofft shoes. I have very wide (Hobbit like) feet and these shoes fit perfectly. The shoes have a wonderful rubber sole (I feel safe walking on the shining floors at work) and they look very well made.

Great clog! Picked these up while traveling to alleviate the uncomfortable dress shoes I had with me. Great shoe for dress slacks and jeans. Very comfortable. Would HIGHLY recommend these to anyone.

Worth every penny -
These shoes are incredible. I ordered the E width because of a circulation problem that makes my left foot and ankle swell (making it terribly difficult to find decent shoes, much less attractive ones), and it's just as pretty and contoured as the shoe in the picture (they didn't change the shape of the wide shoe, like they often do). After a week in NYC, my poor left foot was swollen and hurting, and these were the only shoes I had with me that I could still wear. As for Zappos: I ordered these on a Saturday evening, and they arrived at my house at noon on Monday. Hooray!

This shoe is quite comfortable especially for having a higher heel. I think there could be more support/cushion for the ball of your foot, which you feel after a significant amount of walking.

I really like these shoes. I have a wide, wide foot and its very hard to find a shoe to fit. They are very comfortable and look good with jeans or dressy slacks. I most especially like dealing with Zappos.com matter how often I try a shoe for my difficult feet they pay for shipping. I often have to try more than once before I find a shoe that fits and they still give me great service. Hats off to Zappos I had forgotten what it was like to be treated with respect as a consumer.

Comfy and so cute, clicky heel that can be wobbly -
I love mules and clogs, and I wear them with dressy jeans all the time. The Camille was my first Sofft purchase, and it hasn't been my last. I often wear an 8ww but the 8w is very comfortable. The shoe is gorgeous. I feel a little instability from the heel, so I use the elevator to go downstairs when I wear these shoes at work. And the heel clicks. Otherwise, they're perfect.

I recently had foot surgery and needed a pretty shoe for a dress pants outfit. This shoe is comfortable, pretty and looks great with skirts or pants. I ordered a wide shoe for swelling in my feet and it fits perfectly. Zappos has been so patient with me while I try to find a shoe that fits my very sore feet.

This is a wonderful shoe.
The Camille is a perfect day shoe--comfortable, pretty, and versatile. I will definitely be adding more Sofft shoes to my collection after this purchase! Size note: If you are between sizes, I recommend rounding up in this style.

...just ordered 3 pairs of Sofft shoes, Camille being one of them. I wanted a casual but pretty shoe to wear with trousers, jeans, etc. these are perfect. I have very wide feet and typically buy an 11 even though I am a 10 in wide shoes. Bought these as a 10 (eee) and am very pleased. Comfortable right away! The heel tips are slippy so I might get them replaced with a rubber one at the cobbler. Sofft really does make shoes to accommodate wide, British-type feet!

I bought these because I want the look of a boot when I wear jeans or pants without the bulk. I travel to S America and in the capital cities, it is very European. Social events are late at night, and not exactly dressy as in evening wear, but very put together modern classic. High heeled boots are the thing in winter for women, these do the trick for me. They are so comfortable they feel like a hug. I am used to wearing Dansko clogs so I have to walk with a little more care, but I love the look of this heel. I wouldn’t wear this shoe with a dress, only pants that cover the whole top. They are awesome colors, I got the black leather.

I've fallen and can't get up!
Comfortable and attractive- you can admire it
while you are lying on the floor after slipping b/c of the heel- no traction! I had to return it.

I ordered these in two colors and 2 different sizes. I loved the way they looked, especially in violet color. Unfortunately, they are still too wide and I walk right out of them. Very reluctantly returning them. If you don't have abnormally narrow feet, they may do well for you.

Wow that was fast service!
I just ordered more of the same style shoe only in every color available in my size. 24 hours later and they are here. I have already tried them on and they feel the same as the first pair, now that is service!

My husband started to complain that I just do not learn, seems seldom do I find a pair over the internet or catalogs that fit, difficult to find shoes that fit even in stores, but given the "can not lose" offer from Zappos I gave it a try. He was very surprised, He thinks they are cute on my feet and I think they are very comfortable. He said now remember what shoe they are because he wants me to get more! He is getting me one in every color available in my size right now!

I'm in love!
I have very hard to fit feet (11W) and rarely wear heals because its so hard to find ones that are sassy AND comfortable. Here they are! Not only do they have great support and a very soft fit, they're easy to walk in and I can wear them all day without a hint of pain. Yay! I'm a new Sofft convert and I'm placing an order today for two other Sofft styles!

These are amazingly comfortable, and they're great with jeans. I ordered the aubergine (eggplant). They're a slightly lighter color than I expected, but they look good with clothes in the aubergine - plum range. I like these shoes so much, I just ordered another pair of Sofft shoes!

Bought a pair in Latte for myself and a pair in Black Suede for my sister for the holidays......Sofft is the most beautiful, comfortable shoe I have EVER owned: Even the inside of the shoe is so beautiful : leather with embroidery. (And I have over 100 great pairs in my closet1)....They are great with all my jeans and contemporary and retro clothing...they dress "up" or "down"....you can where these at any occasion...I bought 2 dress shoes (Calypso) and couldn’t believe how comfortable they are......Who could believe that such a "sensible" shoe could be so cute and feminine?!?!

These shoes are comfortable and cute. I have problems with my feet and have been forced into comfortable shoes. Until I found Sofft shoes, I thought comfortable meant orthopedic. These shoes definitely live up to their name. They are so soft and comfortable, more importantly they are cute. Finally I don't have to look like an old lady to be comfortable. Love This Pair of Shoes!
I have flat feet and have trouble finding a nice shoe with a heel that does not bother my little toe and as well as a shoe with a good arch support. I was able to put this pair of shoes on right after receiving them with no break-in time needed. They are also stylish especially with the heel on them. Normally, I have to get some sort of clog for comfort.

This is a very beautiful shoe that is really comfortable. I love it. Fits very well and true to size. Very attractive with pants. I'm not a clog person with skirts as they look clunky. This one is not at all clunky with pants. Great shoe!!

For those with feet problems -
I have a very shallow foot, the width of my foot is normal, but the depth of my foot is very thin. If I buy an AAA they are too tight, if I buy a AA sometimes they just fit and other times they are too big. This shoe is a little too big so I wear it with socks. For a heel it is comfortable and supports me very well.
