Wonderfully comfortable shoe, but runs larger than stated "size 10" so they may be great for a size 10 1/2 foot or a foot wider than M. The front "foot bed" is comfortable and not restricting. However, I like to wear thick socks with loafers and this works out perfectly. Walked about 1/2 mile in them on city streets and my feet still felt great! Well crafted shoes that don't feel like they'll break down in 3 months. I wear them to work under slacks; they look very clean and professional and are still comfortable. The style is a "no frills" look, so if you desire something a little dressier and more feminine, these may not be what you are looking for.

I love these shoes. Normally I buy at DSW or at Macy's, but I have not been able to find them in over a year. Imagine my joy to find them on Zappos and they shipped them to me overnight! These shoes are comfortable and I typically get a year to 18 months out of them. Within a few wearings they mold to my foot.

I love these shoes. The styling is classic and never goes out of style. Great to wear casually with jeans or dress them up with slacks or trousers; they are very versatile. Fit true to size. I would recommend them to everyone. A great shoe!

A great shoe to wear with skirts, slacks, and jeans. They broke in on the first day. I usually wear a narrow width, but these fit really well, so they may be too narrow for some. They are very comfortable to wear all day long. I love these shoes!

I have been buying and wearing this Franco Sarto style for almost 10 years. Needless to say I love them! They are perfect for work, and still stylish enough for a night out. Comfortable too. The heel is low and the toe-box is wide.

I have been searching endlessly for a comfortable pair of black loafers which I can wear to work as well as just goofing around. Finally I found them! The fit couldn\'t be better and the leather is quite soft.

I wore these shoes for the first time all day yesterday (I'm a teacher). I normally wear Danskos, which have more support, but I was not disappointed with the comfort of the Franco Sartos. By the end of the day, there was a little rubbing on my heel, but that is to be expected on the first day. I wear between a 7.5 and 8.5 depending on the brand, and I got an 8 in this shoe. I had to wear a sock that was not as thin as a trouser sock and not as thick as a sport sock, kind of an in-betweener, for comfort. Very happy with the purchase!

Great shoes. Wore out a pair of black ones and now am on second pair of black. Just added the brown, which is a nice dark shade of brown. Love these since I have narrow feet and need a neat looking shoe to teach school in. These also look great with jeans.

What a great shoe!! Very comfortable and fits great. I am in process of getting it in black. The brown is a very rich color. Have not seen this shoe in any other shoe department.

These shoes are an all-time favorite. This is my second pair, I got so much wear out of the first pair. I am on my feet all day working, and they are the most comfortable shoes yet. This newest pair seems to have more cushion on the insole than my original pair, which is a bonus. They are true to size and worth the money.

Great shoes, great service. I'm hard on shoes (including trudging through parking lots of snow and rain because I hate putting on boots) and have problem feet. It took me 2 years to wear these shoes out and they aren't even made for roughing it! I never thought I'd find them again and there they were on the Zappos site. They take a bit of time to stretch out, but it's worth every minute. I also tried 5 other pairs and returned every one of them. Zappos was kind enough to help with each step of the process including the free returns. I love the phone reps. They all seem to have great personalities and will go to extremes to get you whatever you need.

Excellent, prompt service. The loafer is exactly as pictured: sleek, elegant, beautiful leather, well made. I always have a choice between two sizes because of half/size difference between my feet, and chose the smaller. At first they seemed tight, but after two weeks of breaking in, they feel really good, look great with slacks and good for walking. This is a warm shoe, so probably best in cool weather. It's a classic if you like the sleek sophisticated look and I do!

I love these shoes; I\'ve had a lot of trouble with my feet and am now wearing orthotics to give me extra arch support. These shoes work wonderfully with them and look very professional with pants for work. They are so comfortable I just love them. I am currently waiting on the availability of them in brown.

When I ordered these shoes, I wasn\'t sure they would fit, but they do and I was very pleased. The service of Zappo\'s is prompt and efficient. I received them the day after I ordered them. I am very impressed by this company. My husband needs a size 14 narrow shoe, and when he needs shoes, Zappo\'s is where we go to order them.

I work on my feet for many hours a day on hard surfaces. (I\'m a flight attendant.) I find these shoes very sturdy and comfortable, yet still look stylish with trousers. They also keep a nice shine.

Great pair of every-day type of work shoes, they are simple and comfortable, nothing out of the ordinary but exactly what I was looking for. This is the 2nd pair I've bought, wore the first pair to their death so I had to get another pair, they are a classic necessary item for me.
