I love these shoes. I used to wear them in college! So glad to have them back! They are very comfortable. I did have to order up a half size. They add a fun touch of class to even a jeans outfit. They are flat and don't offer any arch support, but I am able to wear them comfortably all day.

Purchased in purple snake. Right out of the box they looked really cheesy. Then I tried them on. I thought they were mis-sized they were so tight, and I even ordered 1/2 size up! They are going straight back. I have other Mia shoes in different styles and love them. I was looking for a replacement because they are now worn out after years of wear.

Great flats for the money. I bought these in both red patent and brown croc/snake and love them! They are very cute with jeans or skirts. Not much arch support, but generally comfy. I normally wear a 6.5 or 7, and had to buy these in 7.5.

Should have gone with the advice of many others who left feedback. These are cute but kind of cheap looking for the price. Also, as many others said, they look beat up after a half dozen wears. Disappointing, especially as I have an older version of this shoe which looks fab and expensive, even after many years! Would not recommend. They are comfortable, though, and true to size.

Lovely snakeskin, comfy sole, but just as pointy as they look! Ordered my size but would need half a size larger to compensate for pointy toe box.

I ordered this shoe (in gray) because I'm always in search of perfect flats. Comfy, stylish and durable. This one was expensive and had no support at all. The only good part about the shoe is the look. I sent the shoe back!

I am very happy with these shoes. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. I bravely put them on and headed off to school - I teach fifth grade so knew I'd be on my feet all day. NOT A PROBLEM. A great pair of shoes and as always, Zappos is the place to shop for shoes!

Extremely lightweight, no support, for the flat footed only. I never deviate from a size six, but found this was tight in the toes. I'm betting it will stretch since the leather is so soft, but the sole of the shoe is millimeters thin and it probably won't last more than two warm seasons (can't wear it in three seasons, it's too thin to withstand any sort of cold, pebbly, wet weather).

I got this shoe because it\'s a sexy little shoe, it\'s like wearing a pointy toe high heel, without the heel.The leather is very soft. I wear an 8 in every other shoe, but ended up having to order them in an 8 1/2. I even had the size 8 shoes stretched, thinking this might make them fit, but it did not, so I had to go with a 1/2 size larger.

I bought the red Mia Hepburn flats, and I adore them. I purposefully ordered a good 1/2 size larger. They initially felt a tad snug in the toebed, but after wearing, they loosened up. They\'re perfect. Not much arch support, but I knew that by looking at them. If you want arch support, this is not the shoe for you. \r\nI plan to order another pair in a different color.

Don't be fooled by the comfortable look of these shoes, they are very uncomfortable. They run very narrow and always end up killing my feet.

I have had MIA flats before and they have lasted years. I was really disappointed with the line of "Hepburn" both snake print and the silver I got. They are really poor quality from what I was used to from MIA. The soles are very thin, the leather feels like cardboard and I had holes worn in them in just a couple weeks. Not like my other MIAs from a few years ago that are just now starting to show a bit of toe wear! I do like flats as a daily shoe and was disappointed that MIA's standards seem to have dropped.

I agree with the other reviewer that these shoes, while quite cute and stylish, appear to be of very poor quality. Thin, insubstantial. Feel like you're walking right on your bones after just a few hours.

Cute design, snug fit, poor quality! I've had these shoes for about a month and while they have just broken in, they already have a HOLE on the back heel. These look and feel like something you could get from a random clothing store, too bad they were the price I paid.

I think I figured out the sizing issue with these shoes. They actually work for people with somewhat wider feet. So if you tend to buy up a half size in shoes that don't give you a choice of widths, something I've done for years, don't do that with these shoes. That said, I really like them. They're supple and sleek looking. I'm going to order them in several colors. A simple, elegant basic.

Order a size up. I bought these in red patent, and then went back and bought another pair in brown snake because they are so darn cute! I normally wear a size 6.5 and ordered a 7 based on other reviews, but it was still too small so am returning for a 7.5. They are super cute with jeans or with slacks/skirt for work. I love them!

I absolutely love the fit and style; they look great with just about everything and are incredibly comfortable. I had a problem with the insoles not staying put in both the black and the purple snakeskin, but that was nothing superglue couldn't fix. All in all, the quality is debatable for the price, but I have gotten my share of wears out of them.

This is a wonderful flat! I have a very narrow foot and tend to face TONS of difficulty in finding flats and heels to fit. Not so with the MIA Hepburn. They fit without any problems! I haven\'t even had to purchase those little heel grippers! \r\nNot only does the shoe fit great, but it looks awesome too! My feet are happy when they\'re wearing the Hepburns!\r\n

These are just the most comfortable, plus stylish, pointy toe flats I have ever worn; so much so that I've ordered several colors. Have worn them all day at work without any problems. Wouldn't want to go hiking in them, but I'm loving these, and I usually have problems finding a stylish, yet comfortable, shoe.

I put some soft paper in the very top toe area of the shoes to keep the shape. Works well. Very nice looking, stylish, no break in time needed, soft, and comfy. You want to go one size up though (especially if you have wider feet), as the shoe runs small. I got two pairs in black expecting them not to last long (too soft), however the one I have been wearing - almost every day - is still looking and feeling great, so I guess I will not need the other one for a while, and it will wait in the box for indefinite period of time...Buy these shoes ladies!

I ordered two pairs of this shoe in 8M yet only one of them fit. The grey pair was a full size smaller in spite of being clearly marked 8M. I'm very disappointed with the manufacturer and unhappy that they have "cheaped out" since the last time I purchased their shoes. The sole is now rippled rubber and the heel is not a hard composition heel, but a "bouncy" rubber heel. No longer a nice sharp click when walking.

The shoes are super cute and really soft. They are really snug at the toe, but you don’t want to go up too much in size as then the heel will be too loose. They will stretch with a couple of wearings. I loved them so much I bought them in orange and turquoise.

I searched for comfortable, classy black flats for months before finding these. They are some of the most comfortable flats I've ever owned and look great with jeans, skirts, etc.. The leather is soft and has never given me blisters. The shoes don't have much support though, so after walking in them all day, my feet hurt a little. Would definitely recommend these shoes!
