Great little bag -
I would use this as an evening bag more than a day bag, because I prefer a somewhat larger purse for daytime. (Not gigantic, though - I'm only 5'2".) The bag is well made and the texturing is very interesting, tactile, and surprisingly shiny! I had some trouble fitting the purse comfortably on my shoulder while wearing a lightweight (pullover) sweater. Very nice bag but why no dust cover??

I, too, made a conscientious loyalty-spirited decision with this shoe order. I intended to make this purchase through another website because I would have saved $4 on the purchase over your site and still had free shipping both ways. However, my experience with Zappos has been so positive, that I chose to pay the higher price and purchase these shoes from your company. I was banking on the lightening-speed processing and shipping that I have experienced with your company in the past and opted for the known rather than the unknown of ordering from another company. So, when you communicated your "special priority processing" on this order at no additional cost to me, I was moved to respond with a resounding THANK YOU!
